Kumkum Bhagya 29th September 2023 Written Update Mihika’s evil. Akshay denies knowing Rana, to which Ranbir jests about his memory issues. Akshay warns him to stop accusing him of any ill intentions towards Khushi, as she is his daughter. However, Ranbir counters by saying that Akshay has never truly considered Khushi his own and only uses her as a means to be with Prachi. This confuses everyone, but Ranbir clarifies that Prachi and Akshay are not in a romantic relationship and are only married for the sake of Khushi having a guardian. Akshay assures them that he genuinely cares for Khushi, otherwise, he wouldn’t have married Prachi despite her having a child with another man.

Ranbir claims that Akshay simply tolerated Khushi for the sake of his marriage with Prachi. Akshay warns Ranbir to stop speaking or face consequences, but Ranbir insists on speaking the truth, even if it is hard for Akshay to hear. Prachi interrupts their argument and urges them to focus on finding the person responsible for kidnapping her daughter. She turns to Rana and demands to know who ordered him to take Khushi. Suddenly, without warning, Akshay launches himself at Rana in a fit of anger, claiming that no one can harm Khushi. However, the rest of the family manages to restrain him from causing further harm.

Akshay is seething with rage because Rana hurt Khushi, but the other family members intervene before things escalate. Prachi assures Rana that she will make sure he doesn’t get arrested, giving him hope. Pointing his arm towards Ranbir, Rana reveals that it was him who masterminded everything. Later, Mihika sits next to Khushi as she sleeps and shares her sinister plan to use Khushi as a way to drive a wedge between Ranbir and Prachi. With an evil smirk, Mihika picks up a knife and begins devising her plan.

As Prachi turns to Rana for the truth, Akshay sends him a signal. As Rana attempts to flee, Ranbir pulls him back. But Rana’s escape is halted as he collides with a wall, losing consciousness. Acting quickly, Akshay suggests taking Rana to the hospital. However, Ranbir argues that it is unnecessary and insists that Rana will regain consciousness soon enough. Questioning Ranbir’s motives, Akshay asks if he is trying to paint himself as the villain. Not one to hold back, Ranbir makes a snide remark about Akshay. Coming to his defense, Vishaka defends Akshay by highlighting his sensitive nature. But Ranbir stands firm in his accusation against Akshay, determined to expose his wrongdoing in front of the entire Tandon family.

Akshay addresses the tension between him and Ranbir, suggesting they resolve their issues with a fight. Prachi intervenes, stating that nobody is leaving until the matter is resolved. She makes it clear that her daughter is at the center of this conflict and she will stop at nothing to uncover the truth. To get Rana to confess, she splashes water on his face and offers to drop all charges against him if he tells the truth. Akshay also pleads with Rana not to implicate him. Prachi asks Rana to confess. He shifts the blame to both Ranbir and Akshay. It’s unclear to Prachi who is responsible. Rana makes a run for it after turning off the lights, but Mihika switches them back on.

Akshay seizes Rana and hands him a knife. In turn, Rana takes Akshay hostage and demands to be allowed to escape. Prachi implores Rana to reveal who abducted her daughter. As Rana attempts to stab Prachi, Ranbir intervenes and gets hurt instead. After the attack, Rana flees from the scene. Prachi expresses concern for Ranbir and requests a doctor. Mihika notices the love between Prachi and Ranbir through her eyes. Akshay arrives to see Rana, who blames him for the situation and asks for his help. Meanwhile, Mihika vents her anger in her room. Divya attempts to soothe Mihika while she throws things out of the window. Rana observes this from a distance before leaving. Akshay disapproves of Mihika’s behavior while she threatens to harm Prachi. Divya embraces Mihika and helps calm her down.

Akshay reminisces about the events that took place. He then turns to Abhay and ponders how Ranbir seems to have such good luck. He wonders how Ranbir always manages to save Prachi at the perfect time. Determined to put an end to this ongoing issue, Akshay declares his intention to come up with a solid plan. Abhay tries to soothe Akshay’s concerns. Meanwhile, Prachi takes a seat next to Ranbir and notices that he has a fever. Worried, she brings it to the nurse’s attention. The nurse reassures Prachi that it’s just a side effect of the medication and advises her not to worry. However, Prachi can’t shake off her unease and decides to leave the room.

Prachi brings a wet cloth for Ranbir’s head, but Mihika offers to take care of it so Prachi can rest. Despite the doctor’s instructions on caring for Ranbir, Prachi insists on staying. Mihika becomes upset at this and Akshay is unable to sleep, replaying the events in his mind. Abhay attempts to comfort him, without success. While wondering about the situation, Mihika decides to distance Prachi from Ranbir.
