Bhagya Lakshmi Upcoming Rishi’s condition stuns Neelam. Harleen Dadi is anxious about the current situation, unsure of what will happen with Virendra’s meeting with Rishi. When Virendra arrives at Rishi’s house, he embraces him and inquires about his well-being and that of Neelam. Virendra reveals that Neelam is on a hunger strike until he returns home. Meanwhile, Malishka contacts Kiran with exciting news at the Oberoi residence. Both Kiran and Sonal head over to join her as they wait for Rishi to return. As they all await Rishi’s decision, Bani and Shalu discuss how Neelam’s plan is to separate Rishi and Lakshmi. Virendra urges Rishi to make a decision regarding their complicated situation just as Lakshmi arrives. She asks about everyone’s well-being, specifically enquiring about Neelam, unaware of the truth.
Finally, Rishi reveals that Neelam wants him to marry Malishka in an attempt to separate him from Lakshmi. Rishi inquires whether Lakshmi would like him to wed Malishka. To this, Lakshmi responds affirmatively. Harleen then remarks to Neelam that the situation concerns her son’s happiness. In turn, Neelam states that if she truly comprehended Rishi’s well-being, things wouldn’t have transpired this way. Rishi ultimately agrees to return to the Oberoi mansion under one condition. As Sumeet notices Naaz preparing to read the letter, she quickly distracts her by suggesting they dance together. Shlok eagerly awaits the moment when Naaz will finally read the letter. As they twirl and glide in a romantic dance sequence, Naaz can’t help but imagine herself dancing with Shlok. Meanwhile, Shlok observes Sumeet’s persistence in preventing Naaz from reading the letter. In her attempt to retrieve the letter, it accidentally falls to the ground and becomes lost. Bilawal notices Sumeet’s absence and goes to check on her, only to find her picking up an anklet from the floor.

Akki hands the letter to Sumeet, but before she can take it, Naaz snatches it away. Sumeet fears that Naaz will uncover the truth and urges a quick escape. As Naaz peruses the letter, she seeks out Shlok and forcefully brings him to the room. She warns Shlok of dire consequences once the letter is revealed. Sumeet suggests fleeing as they cannot rely on anyone, including Naaz. She takes it upon herself to retrieve Akki while Adil breaks free from his restraints through sheer determination. Just as Akki reaches Sumeet and Shlok, Naaz also arrives in search of Shlok.
