Anupama Upcoming track Guilt fills Anupama’s heart. Anupama and Vanraj sit speechless in front of Samar’s picture, reminiscing about him. Anupama recalls how everyone expected a girl for their second child, but they were blessed with Samar instead – a delicate boy whom they couldn’t help but adore. Vanraj nods in agreement, acknowledging that Samar has always been by Anupama’s side since the beginning. This causes Anupama to break down in tears, while Vanraj quietly sheds his own. From a distance, Anuj notices them and refrains from approaching because of the complex situation at hand. Guests arrive at the Shah household to offer their condolences and some women comment on how Dimple’s fate seems to be cursed – her first husband left her and now her second husband has passed away before their child could even be born.
Upon hearing the conversation, Anupama reassures the group of women not to be concerned as Dimple is surrounded by her entire family and is not alone. She clarifies that although the father is no longer present in their lives, there are still others to support and care for them. Anuj notices Anupama in tears, worried about Samar’s whereabouts, and attempts to console her. But Vanraj intervenes, preventing Anuj from approaching Anupama and warning him to stay away from his family. Ultimately, Vanraj forces Anuj to leave the house.
The room is filled with shock as Vanraj forcefully guides Anuj to the exit, despite Anuj’s insistence that he did not harm Samar or cause any of the recent events. As Samar’s photo falls to the ground, Anupama asks Vanraj to cease his actions. Anupama walks over and retrieves the photo while Anuj expresses his trust in her understanding of the situation. He explains that he endured everything, but lost control when he witnessed a group of boys harassing a girl and intervened. Anupama declares that grief does not follow court rules, and she has no interest in apportioning blame for what has happened. She knows this will not bring back Samar. Anupama urges Anuj to give her some space to cope with the heartache of losing her son, and requests that he step out of the house.

This unexpected request leaves Anuj feeling shocked. Anuj empathizes with Anupama’s pain, but she brushes it off, knowing he can’t truly understand since he hasn’t lost a child. As she walks away, Anuj gently stops her and reminds her to take care of herself before leaving the house. Anuj heads outside, joining Samar in a corner to vent about being unfairly blamed for things he didn’t mean to do. Meanwhile, Leela and Hasmukh both take their medication and encourage each other to look after the rest of the family together. Despite her objections, Hasmukh brings food to Anupama and helps her feed Dimple, who is distraught. Similarly, Leela makes sure Vanraj eats and reminds him to take care of Toshu, Pakhi, and Kinjal. In the midst of this, Anupama enters Dimple’s room and notices her embracing Samar’s shirt while lying in bed. This makes Anupama feel her sorrow and cry.
