They plan to dance upon her arrival. However, Karan is curious about Rishabh’s whereabouts and asks Mahesh for an update. It turns out that Rishabh went to get Shaurya. Karan is happy that Shaurya will finally experience a mother’s love. Rakhi expresses gratitude towards Karan for bringing Preeta home. Later, while searching for Preeta in his room, Karan wonders where she went and expresses his fear of losing her again. Preeta begs the doctor to save Shrishti, who reassures her that she will do everything possible. Nidhi observes the scene with joy. Mohit advises Preeta to stay calm.

Overcome with emotion, Preeta asks Rajveer about Shrishti’s well-being. She suggests staying by Shrishti’s side to make her feel better. Rajveer consoles her and urges her not to cry. Preeta blames herself for their current situation, regretting their decision to come to Mumbai. Nidhi captures this on camera, calling it just a glimpse of what is yet to come. Karan informs his family that Preeta is not in his room. Rakhi questions how this could be possible, as they were just there. Dadi suggests that perhaps Karan and Preeta fought, leading to her leaving. This conclusion causes everyone to place the blame on Karan. Both Rakhi and Mahesh scold him, while Kareena asks why he didn’t try to stop Preeta.

In reality, it was all just Karan’s imagination. He decides not to disclose Preeta’s disappearance to his family, and when Rakhi asks why he came alone, Karan explains that he admitted Preeta to the hospital to rest for a day. He assures them that they can celebrate Diwali with her the following day. Preeta informs Rajveer that she was unable to locate Shrishti. She then inquires about Shrishti’s well-being from the nurse. The nurse sadly reveals that Shrishti has suffered burns covering 90% of her body. Devastated, Preeta wonders how such a horrific incident could happen to Shrishti and what she can do to help her.

Gurpreet tries to console Preeta by saying that everything will eventually be alright with God’s intervention. In a panic, Preeta rushes away from the scene. Rajveer expresses his confusion and ignorance about the kidnapper of Shrishti, while Mohit considers the possibility of a fire incident. Preeta seeks solace at the hospital temple, questioning why God would allow this to happen to Shrishti and begging for her safety. Overcome with emotion, she rings the bell repeatedly until Rajveer asks her to stop. Unable to understand why God would do this, Preeta declares that she cannot live without Shrishti and implores for her return. The doctor then delivers the news that Shrishti is in a coma.
