Baatein Kuch Ankahee Si Kunal Vandana Wedding bells to ring. Kunal’s anger towards Vandana intensifies as he discusses with Tara in the car. However, Tara clarifies that it was Soniya who requested the meeting. Kunal eventually understands and tries to calm down. But then Tara reveals she needs to use the restroom urgently. Kunal suggests waiting until they get home, but Tara insists he drives fast while rambling on. Kunal is at a loss for what to do. Meanwhile, Soniya apologizes to Vandana for causing conflict between her and Kunal. Vandana acknowledges that Kunal has been under a lot of stress lately, and sympathizes with him. She believes he is still a good person despite his outburst.
Soniya is skeptical, as Indranil mentioned a growing emotional bond between Vandana and Kunal before. She praises Kunal’s changed behavior, but Vandana accuses Soniya of not seeing his true nature. Soniya remains silent. Vandana requests Soniya to provide a detailed chart of Tara’s preferences. Soniya, despite being a mother, admits that she does not take care of Tara and relies on a nanny. This surprises Vandana, but she chooses not to pass judgment. Later, upon returning home, Kunal instructs Vedika not to allow Tara to see Vandana. When Vedika questions his reasoning, Kunal reveals that Vandana has taken Tara to see Soniya.
He explains that the growing emotional bond between Tara and Vandana could have negative effects on Tara in the future. Unbeknownst to them, Vandana overhears their conversation and feels hurt. Kunal once again reminds her that pretending to be Tara’s mother is forbidden since she is not. In response, Vandana promises to control herself. As she is about to leave, Tara runs towards her for a hug but is met with an unyielding figure as Vandana stands firm like a rock, causing hurt feelings for the child. Anagha manipulates Shivam into convincing Vijay to sell the house.

Using a tempting toy car and promises of more, she fills Shivam with greed. He then approaches his grandfather, as instructed by his mother, to persuade him to sell. This shocks Vijay and Vandana. However, to everyone’s surprise, Shivam goes against his mother’s plan and expresses his attachment to the house and values family over a lavish lifestyle. This stance astonishes Anagha and Hemant. In response, Hemant attempts to slap Shivam but is stopped by Vandana. Vijay and Atya both believe that Tara could ease Kunal and Vandu’s feelings of isolation by becoming a part of their family. Overhearing this, Inder reveals that the family desires for Kunal and Vandana to marry each other. As they watch Kunal and Vandu dance to a Bollywood tune, Sonia is left puzzled.
