Neelam and Karishma suggest that it would be best for Lakshmi to receive treatment at the hospital. However, Rishi disagrees. As the hospital staff attempts to take Lakshmi against her will, the police restrain Rishi. Lakshmi pleads with tears in her eyes, expressing her desire to stay with Rishi. Despite this, the nurses escort Lakshmi away. The inspector reminds Rishi not to act as though they are taking her to jail, ensuring him that she will receive proper care at the hospital. Meanwhile, Sonal informs Malishka that their plan has been successful with a smile on her face.
Lakshmi makes another attempt to flee from the hospital staff, only to be apprehended once more. At that moment, Rishi arrives on the scene and unfortunately slips. Showing her care for him, Lakshmi rushes over to check on Rishi. Despite her concern, the hospital staff forcefully escort Lakshmi into the waiting ambulance. Overcome with emotion, Rishi breaks down in tears for Lakshmi’s situation. Thankfully, Ayush, Shalu, and Bani are there to support him during this difficult time. However, when the inspector warns Rishi to not cause any trouble by trying to see Lakshmi again, Ayush boldly challenges him by saying that they cannot stop Rishi from visiting her and that he will ultimately bring Lakshmi back home where she belongs.
Malishka asks Sonal to let their lives get ruined because no one had shown concern or sympathy when her life got destroyed. Sonal agrees with Malishka and supports her. Ayush tells the Inspector that Lakshmi will come back and the person who would get her back is none other than Rishi. The inspector says that it’s impossible. Rishi challenges him. He says that he will see how anyone can keep him away from his Lakshmi. Malishka swears to make Lakshmi’s life a living hell. Neelam overhears Malishka and gives her a tight slap. Ayush informs the Inspector that Rishi cannot be stopped from seeing Lakshmi. He reminds them that even though they have taken Lakshmi, they cannot hold onto her for long because Rishi will find a way to bring her back. The Inspector refutes this possibility, but Rishi is determined to make it happen. As they depart, Malishka and Sonal celebrate Malishka’s success over a glass of wine. Malishka reveals that she made Lakshmi appear insane as revenge for making her a criminal. Sonal commends Malishka’s master plan and asks what her next move will be. Malishka states that she will now focus on winning over Rishi, which excites Sonal.
However, she also expresses sympathy for Rishi’s plight. Malishka agrees but explains that it is necessary for her gain. She then reveals that she intends to make Lakshmi’s life a living hell by informing the hospital authorities of her true identity. Hearing this, Neelam suddenly appears and slaps Malishka in shock, followed by Karishma joining her at the scene. Rishi speeds down the road, lost in memories of Lakshmi. Shalu and Bani voice their fear and urge Rishi to slow down. Meanwhile, Ayush insists that Rishi must push the limits for Lakshmi’s sake. Suddenly, the car comes to a halt due to engine trouble.
Determined not to waste any time, Ayush promises to call a mechanic while Rishi speeds off towards Lakshmi. Amid the chaos, Malishka turns to Neelam and demands an explanation for her sudden slap. Neelam responds by confessing she overheard Malishka’s devious plans against Lakshmi. She questions why Malishka would play with Lakshmi’s innocence without considering Rishi’s happiness. Pushing back, Malishka pleads for Neelam to understand her perspective and pain. As Lakshmi cries for Mintu, Rishi rushes through the road despite his injured feet. Neelam urges Malishka to assist Lakshmi, prompting a remark from Malishka. However, Neelam expresses disappointment in Malishka’s actions and cautions her against mistreating Lakshmi again. The nurse sternly advises Lakshmi to stay quiet, but she continues to sob and beg for Mintu.

Suddenly, the ambulance screeches to a halt due to traffic, causing Lakshmi to hit her head. Rishi arrives panicked and calls out for Lakshmi, who catches sight of him. Neelam firmly tells Malishka that she will not allow her to harm Rishi and advises her to refrain from manipulating Lakshmi, which could have consequences for Rishi. Karishma then questions Neelam if she has developed feelings for Lakshmi. Neelam responds by stating that she wants to do what is morally correct and exits. The doctor informs Rishi that he will not be leaving their side. Despite Rishi’s pleas, the door remains closed and he informs Lakshmi that this is all part of their game but assures her that he will come and rescue her soon.
Eventually, an ambulance arrives and takes Lakshmi away while Rishi hits a ride with a motorcyclist to get to the mental asylum. As Karishma steps into Neelam’s room, she urges her not to take out her frustrations on Malishka. However, Neelam responds by expressing her respect for Malishka, but pointing out that Malishka is in the wrong this time. She also mentions her dislike towards Lakshmi but acknowledges that Lakshmi’s current state is not ideal. Meanwhile, Malishka tells Sonal that she plans to confront Neelam about slapping her for sending Lakshmi to a mental asylum and demands answers from Neelam. In an attempt to diffuse the situation, Sonal attempts to calm down Malishka.
