Rabb Se Hai Dua 5th December 2023 Written Update. The inspector informs Dua of her arrest for pushing Hina out of the window. Haider objects, stating that it can’t be true. The inspector orders the constable to take her into custody, to which Haider responds by showing the bail paper they had given before. He adds that she cannot be arrested. The inspector belittles him, commenting on his childish behavior and reminding him that there was an FIR filed against Dua and she has to face the consequences. As per Hina’s testimony, Dua is guilty and must spend time in jail. Haider pleads with the inspector to stop and reiterates that she cannot arrest his partner. The inspector retorts by asking if he is trying to teach her what to do.
In response, Haider questions if it is within her jurisdiction to arrest someone who is not at fault. The inspector brings up the fact that Haider’s mother gave testimony against Dua, and if he continues to interfere with her duty, she will have no choice but to arrest him as well. Haider boldly encourages her to do so, mentioning how he will also stand by Dua if she is taken into custody. However, Dua intervenes and reminds him of his promise. Hina pleads for Haider’s release, citing his innocence. She struggles to breathe as Gazal manipulates her against Dua. The doctor urges Hina to avoid stress, while the inspector orders Haider and Dua to be arrested. Gazal objects, insisting that Haider is not just her husband but also a well-meaning individual.
However, Haider rebukes her, clarifying that he is not bound by their marriage. He blames Gazal for causing chaos and holds her accountable for his mother’s condition. In a fit of emotion, Hina defends her son and insists on his freedom. Dua comforts her with a promise of protection, but Hina pushes her away and accuses her of being the root cause of all their troubles. Meanwhile, Rahat becomes aware of the commotion and confronts Hina about their relationship status. The doctor intervenes, warning them against creating a scene and taking responsibility for any harm caused to Hina’s health.

As Dua requests some time alone with Haider, Gazal becomes anxious at the thought of another scheme being plotted by Dua. Dua is determined to convince Haider not to go to jail with her. Despite her reassurances that she can handle the situation, he insists on accompanying her due to his love for her. However, Dua reminds him of Hina and how she needs his protection from Gazal. She assures him that she will take care of herself and does not want him to risk his safety. Haider struggles with the dilemma of wanting to support both Dua and Hina, but promises to do whatever it takes to get Dua out of jail as soon as possible.
Meanwhile, Gazal observes the situation with a calculating eye, knowing that she has been plotting against Dua all along. The inspector questions Haider’s intentions but Ruhan stands up for Dua, hugging her tightly in solidarity. Despite their fears, they hold onto hope that the truth will prevail and justice will be served. But as Gazal schemes behind the scenes, they are unaware of the danger that lurks ahead. Gazal pleads with the inspector not to mistreat Dua, who is then handcuffed and taken away from the hospital. Haider insists that Dua will not resist arrest, but Dua halts him and offers to put on the handcuffs herself. However, she maintains her innocence and believes the real culprit will eventually be exposed. As the constable restrains her, Haider accuses her of trying to harm his mother and destroy their family, making a grave mistake by having Dua arrested. He vows to make Gazal pay for it and also threatens her life. The doctor testifies against Dua, leading to her arrest.
