Bhagya Lakshmi 17th December 2023 Written Update Tricky. The police scour the Oberoi mansion for Lakshmi. The inspector heads to Karishma’s room in search of her but comes up empty-handed. Upon noticing Sonia, a lady constable informs her that they are searching for Lakshmi and proceeds to search her room. Sonia is overjoyed, thinking her wish is finally being granted. However, Karishma pleads with the inspector not to play games with her. He reminds her that she was the one who had asked them to take Lakshmi away previously. Meanwhile, Lakshmi realizes she cannot continue playing hide and seek if she remains in the same spot and decides to change locations. Sonia attempts to talk to the lady constable, but Rishi intervenes and escorts her away from the situation.
After expressing gratitude, the inspector departs. Harleen inquires about Karishma’s conversation with him, to which Karishma responds by recalling Virendra’s threat and denying any involvement with the police. Complimenting Karishma for her loyalty to their family, Harleen continues the discussion. Meanwhile, Rishi seeks an answer from Sonia regarding her intentions towards the authorities. A heated argument ensues between them as Sonia defends herself and Rishi attempts to sway her thoughts. In a desperate attempt to handle the situation, Rishi urges Sonia not to disclose Lakshmi’s whereabouts. Once Sonia leaves, Sonal turns to Malishka for reassurance on whether their plan will work out.
In response, Malishka affirms her determination to win over Rishi and do whatever it takes to secure his love. Sonia informs the lady constable that Lakshmi is in her brother’s room. Curious, the constable inquires about the location of Rishi’s room. Meanwhile, Shalu and Bani report to the police that Lakshmi has disappeared from the mental asylum. Sonal turns to Malishka with a plea for an end to this ordeal. In response, Malishka reassures her that there will be a resolution. Harleen urges them to be patient as they await the truth about Lakshmi’s whereabouts. The constable proceeds to search Rishi’s room and eventually discovers Lakshmi hiding behind the sofa while Sonia looks on.
