Udaariyaan 17th December 2023 Written Update Truth for Ekam. In a hurry, Aasma rushes to the kitchen where she saves Raja from a falling pot of hot oil. Her eyes have been affected, and she is quickly admitted to the hospital. The doctor warns them to take good care of her during her recovery. However, Alia is quick to blame Raja for the accident, causing Armaan to scold her for hurting Aasmaa. To take Raja to a rehabilitation center, Alia asks for Rano’s permission, worried that he may not return home again. As a sign of affection towards him, she hugs him tightly and secretly places a rat in his clothing. This leads to a public disturbance when Raja removes his shirt, causing Alia to inform the rehabilitation center about his strange behavior towards a girl.
But just as things were getting out of hand and people started beating him, Armaan and Aasmaa arrive at the scene and intervene before any harm was done. Frustrated by Alia’s actions, Armaan lashes out at her for instigating such chaos. Ahead in the show, Alia will add chemicals to Aasmaa’s eye drops without knowing the truth. As a result, Armaan will have to take Aasmaa to the hospital. The doctor will inform them that there is something wrong with the medication. In response, Ekam will request all possible tests to determine if something was added to the medicine. Will Alia’s actions be revealed by Aasmaa? And how will she handle this difficult situation? Armaan accompanies Aasmaa to the hospital, where the doctor reassures her to remain calm. The treatment begins and Aasmaa explains that she is unable to see. Armaan chimes in, mentioning that everything was fine earlier and at least she can see a little bit. The doctor inquires if anything was put in her eyes, to which Aasmaa responds that she used eye drops. The doctor assures them that the drops should not have any adverse effects. However, Armaan becomes agitated and grabs the doctor’s collar, questioning him about the medication. Ekam arrives and intervenes, separating Armaan from the doctor. Rano pleads with the doctor to do something to help Aasmaa, while Alia sends Raj home with his mother.

Ekam asks the doctor for a truthful explanation of what has happened to Aasmaa. The doctor insists that the medicine should not have caused any harm but suggests conducting necessary tests to uncover the truth behind her condition. Armaan adds that they have more of the drops at home. Alia is convinced that her fingerprint is on the object. If Ekam examines it, he will be able to identify her. She cannot risk getting caught. Tearfully, she confesses to Ekam that Aasmaa is her sister and she cannot bear to see her in such a condition. Ekam consoles her as the doctor attends to Aasmaa. Alia expresses her concern about Sukhi’s anger towards her and how he has not spoken to her in two days.
Despite this, she believes that her family is good people and Sukhi acts out of anger. However, Ekam promises to take action against whoever is responsible for this injustice. He mentions collecting fingerprints as evidence, causing Alia to worry about stopping him from finding the eye drops. Armaan interrupts, informing Ekam that he will go home to search for the eye drops, and asks him to stay with Aasmaa until he returns. He pleads with Ekam not to let the perpetrator get away with their actions. Alia returns home and quietly enters Armaan’s room through the window. She searches for the eye drops, but they are nowhere to be found. Just then, Armaan arrives and she quickly hides from his view.
He begins searching for the eye drops as well, while Alia keeps a close watch. Eventually, he manages to locate them and leaves the room. Meanwhile, the doctor announces that Aasmaa’s test is over and she may feel relieved after taking her medication. She asks him about her condition and demands to know the truth. Upon hearing this, Armaan appears with the eye drops and hands them to the doctor. Ekam also accompanied the doctor during the test. The doctor reassures Armaan that the medication had no side effects on Aasmaa.

However, Armaan questions how this could be possible if something happened to his wife. The doctor calmly explains that they are educated professionals and even puts some of the eye drops in his own eyes as proof of their safety. Alia remembers how she had switched out the eye drops earlier and feels satisfied that her plan worked perfectly. The doctor urges them to take care of Aasmaa, emphasizing that if her vision is not restored within 24 hours, her condition will be difficult to treat. Alia inquires about the possibility of permanent vision loss, to which Armaan reassures her that Aasmaa’s sight will be restored.
Later, Armaan reminds Alia of the consequences if their plan is discovered and urges her to pray for their secret to remain hidden. Alia defends herself by reminding him that she is now a part of his family and should not be held responsible for everything. However, Armaan stands firm in his belief and vows to not let her escape punishment. In response, Alia decides that she must move Aasmaa out of the room no matter what.
