Bhagya Lakshmi 26th December 2023 Written Update Rishi’s quick move. Lakshmi believes Rishi’s words about staying strong and wonders why he has not arrived yet. Meanwhile, Shalu notices that Lakshmi has left her beloved doll behind and assumes she will miss it. Bani suggests giving the doll to Rishi, who can then pass it on to Lakshmi. Shalu remains quiet upon hearing this. As lunchtime approaches, Rishi asks Mukesh if everything is ready. Neelam assures Rishi that Mukesh is capable of handling the task alone without Rishi having to go to the mental asylum. But Rishi insists on not only delivering the lunch but also visiting Lakshmi. The nurse instructs Lakshmi to change into a saree, but she refuses. The nurse threatens to punish her if she does not comply with the request.
Rano attempts to discard Lakshmi’s doll, but Shalu intervenes and engages in a heated argument with her. In response to Shalu’s concerns, Rano insists that even if Lakshmi stayed at the Oberoi mansion, she would have ended up in a mental asylum due to possible police involvement. Shalu calls out Rano’s deceitful behavior, noting how just yesterday she spoke so kindly about Lakshmi. Bani also joins in and speaks out against Rano. Unfazed, Rano states that they are entitled to their opinions. She then instructs Shalu to prepare food for her.
Meanwhile, at the mental asylum, Rishi pleads with the security guard to allow him to see Lakshmi. After much insistence, the security guard finally grants Rishi permission to meet with Lakshmi. Rishi encounters the police and begs to see Lakshmi. With the doctor’s approval, Rishi visits Lakshmi at the mental asylum and they embrace. Ayush notices Rishi is missing from his room and suspects he may be attempting to rescue Lakshmi from there again.
Neelam inquiries about Ayush’s plans and he explains he wants to prevent Rishi from repeating his past behavior. Neelam inquires about the previous incident and Ayush describes how Rishi attempted to forcibly remove Lakshmi from the mental asylum. Neelam phones Rishi for assurance that all is well with him and at the asylum.

Rishi says to Lakshmi that he brought breakfast for her. Lakshmi says they will eat food at their home and says they should go home. Rishi says he can’t take her right now as the people will not allow her to take her. Lakshmi comments on it. Rishi serves food to Lakshmi. The nurse decides to take revenge on Lakshmi so she tells a mentally ill patient that her favorite Jelabi is in that box. The mentally ill patient comes and ruins Lakshmi’s food and looks for the Jelabi. Rishi protects Lakshmi from the mentally ill woman.
The mentally ill woman says to Rishi that the nurse told her that Jelabi is here. Rishi says that Jelabi is with the nurse and asks the mentally ill woman to go to the nurse. The mentally ill woman leaves from there. Rishi brings breakfast for Lakshmi, who suggests they eat at home. However, Rishi cannot take her there at the moment due to potential interference from others. Lakshmi comments on this, and Rishi proceeds to serve her food. Meanwhile, the nurse seeks revenge on Lakshmi and tricks a mentally ill patient into believing there is Jelabi in a box.
The patient then destroys Lakshmi’s food in search of the treat. Rishi steps in to protect her from the disturbed woman, who explains that the nurse directed her here for the Jelabi. Rishi clarifies that it is actually with the nurse and directs the patient to go find it there. She leaves accordingly. As Rishi enters, the doctor approaches and mentions seeing Lakshmi here. Rishi quickly requests to take her with him if they don’t want her to stay in the hospital. The doctor agrees and allows Rishi to take Lakshmi.
