After a moment, Kunal utters the word with force and all the family members can hear it. They move closer together. Just then, Sonia arrives but her jealousy becomes apparent when she sees them getting closer. Kunal expresses his desire to take Vandana to the doctor, but he is called for an urgent meeting. He apologizes as he won’t be able to accompany her. Sonia steps in and promises to take Vandana to the doctor instead. Determined, Sonia decides to pursue Kunal again and remove Vandana from his life.
She realizes her mistake of leaving Kunal for Indranil but now wants to make amends and reunite with him. She also feels envious of Vandana’s new position and luck. Rano scolds Tara harshly for her mistake in the kitchen, while also insulting her for entering without permission. Vandana enters and strongly opposes Rano’s behavior, forbidding her from continuing to torment Tara. Vandana asserts her authority in the household and reminds Rano to watch her actions. Sonia supports Vandana’s decision, which surprises Pammi, prompting her to try and uncover the reason for Sonia’s sudden shift in behavior.
Pammi plans to manipulate Sonia’s thoughts. Later, Vijay arrives at the Malhotra house and angrily confronts Vandana. He is furious when he sees Sonia there and insists that she be removed from the house or else face a chaotic life with Vandana around them. Ahead in the show, Sonia will be deeply offended by Vandana’s actions, which will motivate her to pursue a relationship with Kunal. She will feign sadness and Kunal will plead with her not to leave. Sonia will put on a show of remorse and embrace him tightly. She will make it clear that she still has feelings for Kunal and wishes to reconcile with him. Meanwhile, Tara will be abducted as a part of Sonia’s scheme.

Pammi and Rano feel envious and annoyed upon noticing Hemant’s car. As Tara rides by on her new bike, she loses control and accidentally leaves a mark on the vehicle. Anagha becomes upset with Tara and starts berating her, demanding money for the car’s repair. Amid this argument, Pammi shows up with the money and rudely tosses it at Anagha. The two women continue to bicker, bringing up each other’s family weaknesses. Ranu also joins in on the quarrel. Just as things are getting out of hand, Vandana intervenes and questions why they are causing a scene in public.
Accusations fly from both sides until Pammi requests Vandana to mediate the situation. Taking Tara’s side, Vandana tries to calm everyone down but is interrupted by Kunal’s arrival. Pammi uses this opportunity to cause even more commotion by recounting how Vijay insulted them all. Kunal notices Sonia packing her luggage and immediately stops her, pleading for her not to go somewhere else. He soon realizes that Pammi has asked Sonia to act disappointed in front of him, to gain his sympathy. Kunal then urges Sonia not to leave as Indranil might harm her again.
Overwhelmed with emotions, Sonia hugs Kunal and expresses her desire to return to his life. At that moment, Vandana enters and observes everything. She proceeds to give Sonia her medicine. Meanwhile, Anagha and Hemant feel guilty about their earlier argument and decide to apologize first to avoid Kunal’s wrath. At the same time, Tara is still upset about the previous incident, so Kunal takes her and Vandana away to the garden to cheer her up. With Kunal and Sonia gone, Pammi brainwashes Sonia and convinces her to take action towards gaining a position in the household. As a result, Sonia pretends to be concerned for Tara in front of Kunal.
