He asks the doctor to let him take Lakshmi along. He suggests that the doctor lives his life and lets others live their lives. He picks an injection to scare the doctor. Sonal and Malishka meet at a café. Sonal learns Malishka’s planning. She says that she doesn’t think Malishka’s plan will be successful. Malishka says that she is confident that her plan be as successful as she desires. She says that she knows what to do next. Rishi wants to settle the scores. Rishi finds motivation in Lakshmi’s story, while Sonal is taken aback by the doctor’s rejection of 100 crores. Malishka assures Sonal that she has leverage over the doctor and he would not betray her. However, Sonal expresses doubt about controlling Rishi. Malishka reveals that she took care of Lakshmi by giving Balwinder a job, effectively ending her involvement. Lakshmi warns the snake to stay away from her as Rishi enters the mental asylum through a window to see the doctor.
Upon seeing a snake in Lakshmi’s room, the doctor immediately calls the authorities on Rishi, who had convinced the doctor to sign a certificate declaring Lakshmi cured. In retaliation, Rishi takes the keys from the doctor and promises to return to discuss the true reason behind Lakshmi’s institutionalization. Before leaving, Rishi locks the doctor in his office. Sonal hopes that Rishi will find a way to help Lakshmi without causing any harm, but Malishka dismisses this possibility. Meanwhile, while attending to Lakshmi’s cries for help, Rishi is startled by the snake and attempts to flee. The doctor manages to escape with the assistance of a nurse and locks Rishi and Lakshmi in the room together. However, Rishi bravely captures the snake and earns praise from Lakshmi.

Malishka receives a call from the doctor who informs her that Rishi has arrived at the mental asylum and threatened him. Upon hearing this, Malishka requests the doctor to sedate Rishi and isolate him in a separate room. Sonal inquires about the situation and Malishka relays that Rishi went to the mental asylum to rescue Lakshmi but was caught. She adds that it’s fortunate that Rishi is now under control and their plans for tomorrow will not be hindered. However, Sonal reminds Malishka that if their plan fails, it could spell the end of their game. Meanwhile, Rishi notices the door is unlocked and decides to escape with Lakshmi, taking the snake with them. As they make their way out, they unexpectedly come across the doctor.
