YRKKH 1st January 2024 Written Update Armaan’s truth. Abhira is determined to make her mother Akshara’s dream of seeing her become a successful lawyer a reality. However, things are bound to get complicated after Rohit suddenly leaves the house. Rohit doesn’t want Armaan and Ruhi to suffer because of him. He leaves the house, hoping for a reunion of the lovers. Kaveri is frustrated as she notices Abhira’s indifference towards her family and her desire to finish her degree. The Poddar family shares Kaveri’s concerns for Rohit and they urge Abhira to help find him, but she refuses. Kaveri brings Akshara’s memories box and Abhira pleads for its return. However, Kaveri insists on keeping it until Rohit arrives.
Despite Abhira’s pleas, Kaveri remains firm. Manish intervenes and asks Kaveri to give back the box as Abhira is desperate to have it. Abhira confides in Manish about always being blamed at the Poddar house, where the Goenkas’ daughter is considered unlucky. She mentions that she might be a Goenka too, which deeply affects Manish as Abhira reminds him of Akshara. Meanwhile, Ruhi informs Armaan that Rohit may have found out about their affair and left home. Overhearing their conversation, Abhira is stunned. YRKKH 1st January 2024 Written Update Armaan’s truth:
Kaveri refuses to give the box to Abhira. Abhira tries to snatch it. The box falls and opens up. Abhira’s special memories fall on the floor and she ends up crying. Armaan too gets emotional seeing the things broken. Manish picks up the watch which he had given to Akshara. He also misses to see Akshara’s picture. Armaan apologizes to Abhira. She feels sorry for herself that she got trapped in an unwanted marriage. She says that it would have been better if Yuvraj shot her to death. She knows the pain of losing a loved one. She doesn’t want Armaan to suffer. She promises to find out about Rohit and save Armaan from pain. Swarna lectures Abhira and asks her to stay away from Ruhi. Manish asks her to let Abhira and Ruhi talk.

Ruhi asks Swarna and Surekha to let Abhira stay. Abhira asks Ruhi if there is any problem between Rohit and her. Ruhi denies it. Abhira wonders why did he leave the house when he has no reason. Vidya breaks down and misses Rohit. Madhav realizes that Rohit has left by his will. Vidya asks why would Rohit go away from the family. He asks her to answer, where is Rohit if she knows him too well. Kaveri arrives and asks him if he would be so relaxed if Armaan was missing. He answers that both Armaan and Rohit are equal to him. Manish feels chest pain when he thinks of Akshara and Aarohi’s bad fate.
Abhira reaches him to take care of him. Kaveri says that Armaan and Rohit aren’t equal. She insults Madhav. Manish asks Abhira not to blame herself for anything. She tells him that Poddars stays upset with her always. He tells about the Goenka family’s daughters suffering because of their ill fate. Abhira says that her mom might be Goenka’s daughter too. She adds about her mom’s struggles in bringing her up. She gives him hope that Ruhi and Rohit will stay happy. He gets emotional.
Meanwhile, Ruhi tells Armaan that Rohit might have left the house after learning about their affair. Armaan gets distressed fearing that this might be true. Abhira tries to connect the dots and find out Rohit. Madhav and Armaan try hard to locate Rohit. Abhira helps them with their search. Armaan learns that Rohit took an office car. He asks the staff to send the car details. Madhav thanks Abhira for the help. Ruhi cries on recalling Rohit. Swarna meets her. Ruhi sings praises of Rohit. She feels sorry that she couldn’t give love to Rohit. Swarna asks her to give a chance to her marriage when Rohit returns home.

Moreover, Kaveri sinks in sorrow, while Armaan tries hard to convince her to have some food. She asks him to leave her alone. Armaan weeps and walks out. Madhav tells Abhira that he will update her if he finds out anything. Abhira hears a sound from Kaveri’s room and rushes to check on her. Manisha asks Abhira not to disturb Kaveri. Abhira doesn’t listen and fears that Kaveri isn’t okay. She breaks the glass and unlocks the door. She enters the room. She finds Kaveri collapsed on the floor. She rushes to help Kaveri and gets hurt. She gets shaken up when Kaveri doesn’t respond to her call. She screams to call Kaveri.
Soon, the family arrives and panics seeing Kaveri unconscious. Armaan sees Abhira’s hand bleeding. He recalls her efforts. Abhira gets the aid done. She stays concerned for Kaveri. The family likes her bravery and smartness in saving Kaveri. Vidya reaches Abhira in a bad mood. Next in the show, Armaan yells at Abhira and calls their marriage a big mistake. Abhira decides to leave the house.
