Kavya 6th February 2024 Written Update Upsetting News. Adi takes confidential files and asks Santu to place them in his study room. Omi notices Santu handling the files and becomes curious. He approaches the study room and discovers that the files are related to Basant Khedi’s case. Adi then retrieves the files from Omi and questions him about his involvement with the work. Omi inquires why Adi is attempting to reopen a closed case file. Adi claims he is simply a concerned citizen. Omi questions whether Kavya is aware of Adi’s investigation into Navya’s death, but Adi denies it. Omi advises Adi to inform Kavya if he uncovers anything, but not to give her false hope if he does not find anything substantial.
Adi agrees with this sentiment. Finally, Adi secures the room before departing. Rajeev excitedly displays the gold medal to Anjali and Mayank. Kavya, standing before her family, delivers a moving speech about her father’s dream of her becoming an IAS officer. She expresses to Rajeev that he is truly deserving of this honor. In turn, Rajeev modestly claims that the medal rightfully belongs to him. Meanwhile, Omi informs Giriraj that Adi is attempting to reopen Navya’s case. Kavya shares with her family that Adi has organized a Havan and small gathering in celebration and urges them to attend for a surprise from him. Upon returning to his room, Adi decides to freshen up.
Taking advantage of this, Omi takes the key to Adi’s study room. However, both Omi and Giriraj secretly enter the study room and set fire to the confidential files, making it seem like a result of a short circuit. Observing this, Alka becomes suspicious of their actions. Santu quickly alerts everyone about the fire in Adi’s study room. Adi rushes to save the files but is stopped by Santu. As he looks at the charred remains of his files, Adi wonders how a short circuit could have occurred as nothing like this has happened in the house before. Alka questions Omi and Giriraj if they saw anything while they were inside the room for some time. This news comes as a surprise to Adi. Adi soon learns the shocking news that Omi is responsible for Navya’s death as it was Omi’s company which was involved in the medical scam. What will Adi do now? Alka brings up the fact that Omi and Giriraj were present in the room earlier and should have noticed something. Omi dismisses her claims and criticizes her before leading her out of the room. Meanwhile, Adi remembers his conversation with Kavya. He urgently asks Santu to put out the fire because Kavya has received a promotion and he needs to inform her about it. Omi takes Alka to his room where he expresses regret over their marriage and makes hurtful comments towards her. In a fit of anger, Omi raises his hand at Alka, but Kavya intervenes and warns him against harming a woman in front of her.
She sternly tells him not to even entertain such thoughts before he storms off in frustration. Alka tells Kavya not to expect gratitude from her, as she is the cause of everything happening. Kavya then presents a cut out with her photo attached and suggests Alka release her anger on it for emotional relief. After demonstrating, Alka picks it up and asks why Kavya entered the house. She also points out that while Kavya’s husband loves her, hers does not. Although Kavya may have children, Alka says she will never have any. Trying to comfort her, Kavya expresses her desire to turn the house into a home and asks for Alka’s help.
Suddenly, Santu informs Kavya of Adi’s call and she rushes off. At the Pooja ceremony, Giriraj welcomes all the guests alongside Adi. While waiting for Kavya, the guests praise her, causing Giriraj to become increasingly upset with the attention being given to her. Kavya greets her family. Mayank asks what the surprise is, prompting Kavya to explain her plan to reopen Navya’s case file until all questions are answered. Rajeev remembers his own failed attempts at reopening the case in the past. Kavya makes a promise to him that she will become a successful officer and fulfill this vow today. Omi gets nervous and falls to the ground, but Giriraj reminds him to keep his composure or risk getting caught.
Rajeev embraces Kavya while Giriraj and Malini perform the Pooja. Afterward, Adi proudly displays Kavya’s gold medal on the wall, alongside an article written by Adi that inspired her to achieve this honor. Adi and Kavya celebrate happily, while Omi approaches Giriraj and reassures him that even if he ends up in jail, there is no need to worry. As Giriraj begins playing the Dhol, he advises Omi not to reveal their plans to the enemy, as it will give them a heads-up. He then declares that he will defeat Kavya without damaging her reputation and they can celebrate their victory by dancing together. The sound of the Dhol echoes throughout the room.
