Kumkum Bhagya 7th February 2024 Written Update RV’s first plan. RV and Purvi arrive at the police station. Satyendra approaches RV, who appears to be interrogating him about Khushi’s kidnapping. RV then secretly advises Satyendra to remain quiet and promises to secure his bail the following day. Satyendra complies and the officers then separate him from RV. Meanwhile, Khushi expresses gratitude for having a husband like RV while Prachi and Vishaka attend to her needs. As Khushi regains consciousness, she inquires about Purvi’s whereabouts, to which Diya responds that Purvi is at her husband’s residence. Exhausted from her ordeal, Khushi falls asleep upon hearing this news.
Later, RV’s family gets engaged in justifying RV’s revenge goals. They support him and decide to help him in fulfilling his revenge motives as soon as possible. They want to see RV at peace. They know that RV will get a calm mind once his revenge gets fulfilled and that ends Khushi’s chapter from his life. Purvi isn’t aware of the family’s intentions. She blindly believes in RV and his family. RV sees Purvi sleeping. He tells her that she will have to compensate for Khushi’s deeds, she will suffer so that Khushi suffers seeing her in pain. According to RV’s plan, his entire family gets involved to trouble Purvi.
Purvi makes halwa in her first Rasoi. Harleen criticizes the food. She calls it the worst halwa ever and turns Purvi’s joy into sorrow. Purvi gets upset. She finds RV staring at her from afar. She realizes that he heard his family’s bad opinions about the food. RV and his family begin to trouble Purvi just to settle scores with Khushi. In her dreams, Khushi envisions RV mistreating Purvi. She recalls RV’s harsh words and shouts for Purvi in her sleep. Vishaka observes Khushi’s concern for Purvi and wonders why it is so intense. Meanwhile, RV enters his room and gazes at Purvi, reminiscing about his promise to Khushi to leave her after their first night together. To escape the intrusive thoughts, RV adjusts the AC temperature by closing the windows. He believes Purvi should face consequences for Khushi’s actions and plans to make her suffer as well. While Prachi notices Khushi asleep, she asks Vishaka to go to bed as well, and she complies.
The next morning, Manpreet inquires about Khushi’s whereabouts to Prachi, who reveals that Khushi had a sleepless night due to nightmares about Purvi. Vishaka ponders over how much Khushi’s life revolves around Purvi. Khushi approaches Prachi and the others, requesting to borrow Prachi’s phone. Diya readily offers her phone to Khushi, who immediately dials RV’s landline out of concern for Purvi. The maid answers the call and Khushi requests to speak with Purvi. The maid locates Purvi and hands her the phone. During their conversation, Khushi inquires about RV’s behavior towards Purvi the previous night. Purvi assures her that everything is fine, prompting Khushi to ask if anything eventful occurred.

To which, Purvi responds that it was a peaceful evening, similar to a first night between newlyweds. Later on, as Purvi prepares for their first kitchen ritual, Khushi blames herself for what happened and retreats to her room where she isolates herself and worries about how her actions may have negatively impacted Purvi’s life. Diya notices Khushi looking distressed and asks what is wrong, but Khushi remains tight-lipped as she fears for Purvi’s well-being. Deepika compliments Purvi on the delicious smell of her Gajar Ka Halwa. Later, Purvi serves the sweet dish to the Malhotra family. Harleen remarks on her lateness and mentions that it would have been nice if she had woken up earlier for her first kitchen ritual. Purvi explains that she did wake up early, but there was nothing in the kitchen.
Deepika advises Purvi not to argue with Harleen and just apologize to end the matter. Purvi apologizes to Harleen and everyone tries the Gajar Ka Halwa. Unfortunately, nobody enjoys it as they feel there is mud in the dish. Harleen suggests that perhaps Purvi didn’t clean the carrots properly, leading to this outcome. During Purvi’s distraction, Deepika takes the opportunity to spoil the dish. Despite Purvi’s claim that she cleaned it, Harleen notices and makes a comment about it. Purvi apologizes, explaining that she did her best. Dadaji reassures her and tells her not to worry about it. Dadi then mentions the superstition surrounding inauspicious first kitchen rituals. Meanwhile, Purvi offers RV a sweet dish and asks him to try it. He obliges and tastes the dessert. Diya then approaches Prachi and tells her that Khushi has been acting strangely.
