As seen before in the show, The nurse is doubtful that something may have happened to Virender when she goes to inform the doctor of his movements. The police arrive at the hospital accompanied by a mechanic, stating that they need to take Virender’s statement. The inspector then reveals that the mechanic informed them about tampered brakes, leading them to believe it was an intentional attempt at murder. Rishi informs the inspector that they will update him once Virender regains consciousness. After agreeing, the inspector departs. As Lakshmi tries to explain her attempts to save Virender, Neelam comments about her. Malishka accuses Lakshmi of being inauspicious and blames her for her parent’s death and Virender’s current state. Shalu warns Malishka not to overstep her boundaries.

Malishka tells Lakshmi that others are labeling her as inauspicious because of her mistakes. Shalu tells Malishka to keep quiet and makes a snide remark about her behavior. She then cautions Malishka not to push her luck. This sparks an argument between Shalu and Kiran, accusing Lakshmi of being unlucky. Lakshmi pleads for Shalu to stop while requesting Kiran to direct any reprimands towards herself instead of her sisters. Rishi pleads with Neelam to reconsider her choice. In response, she physically strikes him and warns him against standing up for Lakshmi. She makes it clear that if Rishi continues to support her now, he will lose all value in her eyes as a husband.
With that, Karishma takes Ayush away and Neelam also departs. As a result of the altercation, Lakshmi faints. Shalu and Bani then carefully transfer Lakshmi onto a stretcher before leaving the area. Abhay commends Malishka’s successful execution of her plan. In response, Malishka expresses concern about Neelam’s threat to cut ties with Rishi. Kiran questions if Rishi will follow through this time. Assuring Kiran, Malishka confidently states that Rishi will leave Lakshmi. However, Kiran worries about facing Neelam later on. She fears Neelam may harm Malishka upon discovering her role in Virender’s death.
The nurse reassures everyone by explaining that Lakshmi has simply fainted due to her medication and is now stable before exiting the area. Ayush arrives to check on Lakshmi and apologizes to her sisters for his inability to help. Shalu inquires about the reason behind his visit. Ayush attempts to clarify, but Shalu insists that their sisters are enough support for each other and asks him to leave. Meanwhile, Rishi is overwhelmed with thoughts of Neelam’s ultimatum and sheds tears. Virender enters the room and Rishi embraces him. Virender consoles Rishi and urges him not to cry.
Rishi smiles but then realizes that Virender is no longer in his presence. Rano arrives in Lakshmi’s ward, and Shalu inquires about Chacha ji’s return. Preetam explains that Rano informed him of the situation upon his return. Concerned, Rano states that Lakshmi’s fate is unfortunate. Preetam turns to Shalu for an explanation, and she relays the events. Shocked by Neelam’s accusations against Lakshmi, Preetam seeks clarification. Dadi interjects that Lakshmi does not deserve such punishment, to which Karishma reacts harshly and warns her against speaking out. Karishma firmly declares that this time Rishi and Lakshmi must go their separate ways.
Meanwhile, Rishi enters Virender’s room and sits beside him, reminiscing about their past moments together. He recalls his promise to take care of the family and business in Virender’s absence. Determined to keep his word, he pleads with Virender to recover soon so that their family does not break apart. Just then, a nurse appears and informs Rishi that Lakshmi has been repeatedly calling out his name while unconscious. Without hesitation, Rishi heads towards Lakshmi’s room to see her. As Malishka watches Rishi walking away, she wonders where he’s headed. He enters Lakshmi’s room, where Rano and others are trying to wake her up. As Lakshmi finally opens her eyes, she sees Rishi and approaches him immediately.
She pleads with him, insisting on her innocence and proposing they join forces to convince Neelam. In a moment of relief, Lakshmi embraces Rishi. Meanwhile, Kiran expresses her concern to Abhay that Lakshmi may expose Malishka’s wrongdoings. In a panic, Kiran calls Malishka for help. Through the mirror, Malishka catches sight of Rishi and Lakshmi hugging and decides to take action before Lakshmi can reveal the truth about her actions.
