GHKKPM 12th February 2024 Written Update Surekha’s torture. Savi looks for her English book and finds it beneath Ishaan’s pillow. As she tries to retrieve it, Ishaan suddenly sneezes and wakes up. Their chains become tangled. They get engrossed in each other. Ishaan inquires what Savi is doing so close to him. She explains that she came to retrieve the notebook he had hidden. Ishaan comments on it, but Savi takes the notebook anyway. He then asks if she is going to college, to which she responds positively. Savi asks Ishaan not to argue about it and reassures him that she won’t change her mind. Asmita inquires about Shikha’s thoughts, to which Shikha reveals that Surekha seems to be repeating the same actions she took with him.

She explains that Surekha had influenced her to give up her studies, dance, and family visits, claiming it goes against the traditions of the Bhosle family. Shikha expresses sympathy for Savi. Asmita reassures Shikha by reminding her of Savi’s resilience and how she stood up to Surekha. Shikha and Asmita discuss Ishaan’s support for Savi and how he went against Surekha and Yashwant. Savi overhears and becomes aware of Ishaan’s actions. They speculate that there may be drama at college if Savi attends. Upon hearing this, she decides to follow Ishaan’s suggestion and goes to his room.

He asks her why she isn’t going to college, to which Savi replies that she understands the importance of family. She tells him that as long as her decision does not harm his family until the reception, she is okay with not attending college. Her only issue is being asked to give up her studies. Upon hearing this, Ishaan agrees with her sentiment. Ishaan and Reeva head off to college while Surekha stops Ishaan to inquire about Savi joining them. However, Ishaan informs her that Savi won’t be tagging along. To Surekha’s surprise, Savi discovers a seminar by retired IPS officer Sanjeev at the city library today at noon and decides to attend. As Surekha notices this in the newspaper, she teases Savi by offering her juice.

Confused, Savi questions her behavior and in response, Surekha accuses her of acting like she’s in a hotel because she’s not doing any work. In defense, Savi reminds Surekha that she has been taught all household chores by her family. Hearing this, Surekha decides to put Savi’s skills to the test and brings her downstairs. Surekha points out the raw mangoes to Savi, while Asmita hands her the mango cutter. She then requests Savi to slice all of the mangoes for their homemade pickles. Savi expresses concern about the number of mangoes, to which Surekha explains that they not only make pickles for their household but also for Yashwant’s friends.

Surekha instructs Savi to begin working and leave once finished. Concerned, Asmita asks if giving so much work to Savi, who only has one functioning hand, is fair. Surekha reassures her that Savi will manage and she need not worry. Despite struggling with cutting the mangoes, Savi worries about attending a seminar as she knows Surekha will not allow her to leave until the task is complete. Surekha does this intentionally to trouble Savi and stop her from going to college.
