Palki reassures Shaurya that she trusts Rajveer and is confident that nothing will happen between him and the other girl. She clarifies that her affirmation does not stem from her romantic feelings for Rajveer. Shaurya dismisses her statement as foolish, to which she responds by calling him self-absorbed. She reminds him of her promise to Shanaya to not speak harshly with Shaurya and advises him not to provoke her. He expresses a desire to prove Rajveer’s true character, but Palki defends Rajveer’s integrity. She warns Shaurya not to speak ill of Rajveer and leaves the conversation. Mohit updates Rajveer about Karan’s whereabouts while Rajveer shares his suspicion of Karan eventually figuring out his actions.
He admits to securing important documents and photos in Preeta’s room to prevent Karan from accessing them. Rajveer tells Mohit to calm down and exits the room. Mohit reminds himself not to underestimate Karan, who is also Rajveer’s father. Meanwhile, Karan awaits the DNA test results at the hospital, determined to uncover the truth and obtain evidence. This angers Palki, causing her to storm off. In the meantime, Rajveer reminds Varun to treat Kavya with kindness. He explains that as Kavya’s brother, he wants what is best for her. Just then, Sandy appears and deceitfully tells Rajveer that Palki is looking for him. Upon entering a room, Rajveer unknowingly inhales gas and faints. Shaurya smirks at the sight.
