Bhagya Lakshmi 17th February 2024 Written Update Past recurs. As Shalu observes Lakshmi accidentally hitting her hand with a hammer, she immediately expresses concern and apologizes for distracting her with memories. The principal commends both Lakshmi and Shalu for transforming the room’s appearance. She then inquires about Rishi’s whereabouts, to which Lakshmi responds that Parvati is with him. The principal expresses hope for receiving funding shortly. Meanwhile, Parvati urges Rishi to pull over as she feels hungry and believes he must be too.
Upon stopping the car, Rohan advises against eating junk food to avoid falling ill. However, Parvati convinces him to give it a try and he agrees. After tasting Chole Bhature, Rohan admits it’s delicious. Rishi steps aside to answer Harleen’s call and she questions why he didn’t take her to the village with him. Rohan, feeling thirsty, heads to the car for some water. The previous thieves who attempted to steal Rishi’s car notice Parvati eating alone and decide to teach her a lesson. They forcefully take away her plate and begin eating. Parvati threatens to call the police if they don’t leave, but they twist her ear in response, causing her to shout in pain.
Rishi witnesses this and immediately jumps into action, defending his daughter from the goons. He reprimands them for hurting Parvati and Rohan commends him on his bravery. Rishi then suggests taking Parvati to school before leaving the area for good. But before they do, Parvati mentions that her mother is working on fixing things and trying to make Rishi happy so they can receive funds. In response, Rishi assures Parvati that he will provide them with the necessary funds and asks her not to worry about it. However, Parvati assumes that Rishi only does this out of charity since he refuses to send Rohan there. Dejectedly, she climbs into the car as they drive off. The thieves approach Ranjit and express their grievances.
They explain that a man from the city has been spending time with Parvati and has physically hurt them. Ranjit’s mind turns to Lakshmi and he wishes for her presence. Rishi advises Parvati not to take things to heart. Rishi also decides to arrange for Rohan to travel to the village, with one condition – he wants to visit the place where the children will be staying. Parvati agrees without hesitation. While at school, Rishi accidentally bumps into Shalu but quickly apologizes. However, they do not make eye contact as a board blocks their view of each other. Eventually, Shalu leaves the scene. Harleen notices Neelam’s worried expression and asks her the reason behind it.
Neelam explains that she is concerned because Rishi may have remembered something about Lakshmi and went to Gurdaspur for that reason. Harleen gently reminds Neelam that the school decided to choose the village, not Rishi’s personal choice. She also suggests that Neelam might be worried about Lakshmi still being alive and Rishi going to get her. In response, Neelam brings up how much Rishi was emotionally affected by Lakshmi’s apparent death. Harleen clarifies that Rishi only went to the village for school-related work and nothing more.
However, Neelam expresses her wish that this was truly the case. Harleen can’t seem to stop thinking about Lakshmi, which makes it difficult for Rishi to move on from her. Neelam reminds Rishi that he ended things with Lakshmi. However, Harleen believes that just because their relationship ended doesn’t mean his feelings for her did too. As she shares an example to support her point, Harleen leaves the room. Meanwhile, Rishi enters and finds Lakshmi busy with the painting task. Will they meet? Keep reading.
