Later, Karan tells his family that he has to make a big announcement, he will break the news in the evening party and they will be shocked. Nidhi and Shaurya get curious to know the news. Kavya, Rakhi, and Bani find Karan very happy, and guess it’s good news. What revelation Karan has planned to break out? Will he declare Rajveer is his son, Rudra? Earlier in the show, As Karan drives Rajveer in the car, the latter repeatedly expresses his resentment towards Karan Luthra. Karan pleads with Rajveer to not harbor hate towards him, while Rajveer continues to blame Karan for causing his mother pain. In response, Karan clarifies that he was not aware that Preeta was still alive, but Rajveer persists in holding him accountable. Frustrated, Karan stops the car and questions if Rajveer only sees his mother’s suffering, but fails to acknowledge his pain. Rajveer acknowledges living a luxurious life in a mansion but reminds Karan that material possessions hold no value when one is emotionally shattered.
Since learning about Preeta’s death, each day has been a struggle for him. Karan then explains the agony of a father upon hearing of his wife’s demise and losing his son. He assures Rajveer of finding any information about a boy named Rudra, but Rajveer remains steadfast in expressing hatred towards him. This causes anger to boil within Karan.

Karan says that Rajveer had Shrishti with him, but he had nobody. He adds that Shrishti was his good friend before, he used to take his side when he fought with Preeta, and he wishes Shrishti supported him now. He shares his grief. He says that he didn’t have anyone to listen to his sorrow. He asks Rajveer to open his eyes and listen to him. He kisses Rajveer’s forehead with love. He promises to fix everything. He wants to end Rajveer’s hatred. He says that he is telling the truth, he will resolve their issues and change his hatred into love. He caresses Rajveer with love. He takes Rajveer home.
Girish finds darkness in some room. He checks the room. He finds some shoes there. He keeps the shoes in the hall. He thinks to inform Kavya about the shoes. Kavya gets Varun’s call. Varun apologizes to her for calling her and disturbing her sleep. She says that she didn’t get sleep till now. He feels stressed about their engagement. He shares his nervousness with her. He feels unsuitable for her. He says that she is the daughter of a big family and he is an ordinary guy. She asks him not to think much. She brings him at ease by confessing her feelings. He thanks her. Preeta tells Gurpreet that Rajveer didn’t come till now. Palki also waits for Rajveer. She learns that Rajveer didn’t go home.
Karan brings Rajveer there. He tells Preeta that he kept his promise. Preeta asks him if Rajveer is drunk. Karan tells that they will take Rajveer inside the house first. They take care of Rajveer. Gurpreet asks Palki not to worry. She defends Rajveer. Karan asks Preeta not to tell Rajveer that he dropped him home, Rajveer will feel embarrassed. Palki finds Karan really sweet to defend Rajveer. Karan asks Preeta not to scold Rajveer. He tells that many times a person isn’t able to share his sorrow with anyone, drinks are the only option to deal with his frustration, and Rajveer got drunk for the same reason.
Preeta asks him not to cover up Rajveer’s mistake. Gurpreet asks Preeta not to get rude towards Karan. Karan feels sorry. He says that he didn’t mean to anger Preeta. He invites them to Kavya’s engagement. He tells Preeta that he will feel happy if she comes with Rajveer. Preeta says that she has to join the job tomorrow and it won’t be possible to come. She gives her wishes to Kavya. Karan doesn’t force her to come. Preeta asks Palki to go home and take a rest. The next morning, Rakhi asks Nidhi to have breakfast. Nidhi behaves nicely with them. Shaurya asks Nidhi to join them. Nidhi tells them that Shaurya loves her a lot. Karan joins the family. He appears hopeful. He asks Kavya not to get confused about the engagement.
She tells that she isn’t confused. Shaurya remembers Karan’s craze for Rajveer. Karan recalls Rajveer’s hatred. He tells them that he has to give them big news. He decides to reveal it at the engagement party. Bani is restless to know about it. Karan tells that the entire family should be present to know the news. Rajveer wakes up. He finds himself in his room. He wonders who got him home. He goes out to the hall and finds Preeta preparing to leave. She questions him about his reason for drinking alcohol. She rebukes Rajveer for upsetting her with his careless attitude. She asks him to share the problems with her, instead of breaking them down to wrong resolutions. Gurpreet defends Rajveer.
Preeta forgives him. She asks him to never repeat his mistake. She tells him that they can find some solution if he has some problem. She tells him about her job. She wants to do a job and support the family. He doesn’t permit her. She says that she got a physiotherapist job. She feels appreciated and valued. She requests him to let her work.
