The police inspector informs Angad that they attempted to track Simran’s last location, but her phone is currently switched off. Angad acknowledges this but expresses the need for further action to locate Simran. The inspector concurs. Meanwhile, Simran ponders how she will reach out to Angad as she is lost in the woods with no knowledge of her whereabouts. Twinkle notices Sahiba’s troubled expression and inquires about it. Sahiba reveals her concern for Akir’s safety. However, Twinkle reassures her that as long as Daljeet is present, nothing will harm Akir. Sahiba agrees, and Biji reflects on the special relationship between a father and son.
In due time, Daljeet completes a delivery, and the buyer reminds him to ensure timely deliveries in the future. Daljeet promises to relay the message to Sahiba. As Daljeet observes Surendar unloading from the truck, he offers to help. Upon receiving confirmation from Surendar, he comes across Simran’s phone and inquires if it belongs to him. After being denied by Surendar, Daljeet switches on the phone and Angad receives a notification. He immediately informs the inspector about it and they head to the location of Simran’s phone along with the police. Daljeet decides to hand over the phone to the authorities as Angad and his team arrive at his location.
As Angad takes possession of the phone, he questions Daljeet about his sister’s whereabouts. In response, Daljeet asks for clarification on who Angad is and who his sister is. However, without warning, Angad strikes Daljeet with a rod but is restrained by the cops as they remind him to let them handle their job. They proceed to show a photo of Simran while interrogating Daljeet. As Simran runs, she eventually loses consciousness and collapses to the ground. Fortunately, Sahiba notices her unconscious state and realizes that she has a fever. Without hesitation, she arranges for Simran to be admitted to the hospital.
Meanwhile, the authorities bring Daljeet to the police station for questioning. Upon arriving at the hospital, Sahiba ensures that Simran is admitted before receiving some surprising news from a nurse who recognizes her as a student from GGT International School. Shortly after, Twinkle and Akir inform Sahiba that Daljeet has been taken away by the police. Concerned, Sahiba heads to the police station where she learns that Angad advises the authorities to also question Daljeet’s family. However, Daljeet warns Angad not to involve his family or else he will face consequences. Angad receives a call from the Panesar town hospital informing him that Simran has been admitted with a high fever.
He sternly cautions Daljeet, stating that if anything happens to Simran, he will not spare him. Ignoring Surendar’s attempts to defend Daljeet, Angad storms out of the hospital. From a distance, Akir witnesses the scene and then approaches Daljeet asking how he is feeling. Meanwhile, Sahiba questions the police about Daljeet’s arrest. The officers reveal that he is suspected of kidnapping a young woman who happens to be the sister of a prominent businessman in Ludhiana.
