Jhanak 8th April 2024 Written Update Anirudh’s confession. Anirudh experiences a sense of calm as he feeds Jhanak, but she becomes flustered as he approaches her. Their tender moment is abruptly interrupted when Appu disrupts the table, causing Anirudh’s hands to become dirty. Appu then requests for Jhanak to feed him instead. Despite her hesitation, Jhanak affectionately feeds Anirudh. They land into a sweet moment of care and respect, though they both want to deny that they love each other. After some time, Bipasha and Tanuja arrive at the house. Upon arrival, they immediately present their gifts to Jhanak. After spending a significant amount of money on her, they become annoyed. To express their frustrations, they prod and vent to Jhanak.
While Tanuja and Bipasha show enthusiasm for the marriage, the bride-to-be Jhanak seems unenthusiastic. Shubh also desires to relieve his stress. and get rid of Jhanak as soon as possible. In an attempt to make Jhanak envious, Bipasha talks about their excitement for Anirudh and Arshi’s upcoming wedding. She even requests dinner service from Jhanak. Arshi joins her family for dinner, where Shrishti begins to mock Jhanak’s elderly would-be husband, Avinash. Amid the conversation, Arshi mentions her plan to visit Anirudh’s house; however, Shrishti scolds her for prioritizing Anirudh over her career.
Despite Arshi’s attempts to calm her down, Shrishti remains upset as Anirudh has not shown any care towards Arshi. Additionally, she also demands confirmation from Anirudh that he will be leaving abroad after their marriage. Arshi urges Shrishti not to have high expectations for Jhanak, as she is just a hired help. However, Anjana speaks up in defense of Jhanak and reminds them that she was not born into a life of servitude. Arshi, however, is adamant about not wanting to spend extra money on a maid. To maintain privacy, Jhanak prohibits Appu from disclosing any information about the previous incident.
Appu also assures that she will keep the exchange of food between Anirudh and Jhanak a secret. The family makes the plans for the marriage rituals and functions. Jhanak says that she will make tea. Shubh says that Jhanak’s status will change now, as she is getting married. Jhanak disagrees. Arshi arrives home to meet them. Suddenly, Arshi notices that Jhanak has injured her hand. Bipasha, Tanuja, and Shubh are unwilling to share the food they brought from the restaurant for dinner with Appu. Shubh taunts Appu for always eyeing their food. However, Appu insists that she is already full and proceeds to recount the entire incident.
Rumi calls Anirudh for dinner. Anirudh joins the family and learns about Jhanak getting confronted by the family. The Bose family insults Jhanak once again, but Anirudh takes a stand for her. Arshi questions Jhanak who fed her the food. Jhanak is silent, while Anirudh confesses that he has fed Jhanak. Arshi doubts his intentions and rebukes him. Jhanak gets scared watching their argument.
