Kundali Bhagya 23rd April 2024 Written Update Emotional Preeta. Upon spotting Preeta in the medical room, Shaurya instructs Nidhi to go rest in her room. He then proceeds to enter Preeta’s room and inquire about her well-being. She reassures him that she is fine, but had a slight decrease in blood pressure. Concerned about Rajveer’s condition, she inquires about his status. Shaurya updates her that he is currently recovering. As he witnesses Nidhi leaving the room, he follows after her and attempts to call out to her, only to be ignored. Perplexed by her behavior, he wonders what could have happened to cause it. In the meantime, the Luthras question Dr. Mayank about moving Rajveer to a different ICU.

Despite their concerns, Dr. Mayank assures them that they can trust him as he is doing everything possible to save Rajveer’s life. Observing these interactions from a distance, the detective departs from the scene while Kritika notices his presence and finds him familiar. Upon entering her room, Nidhi is approached by Shaurya who inquires about what has happened. She explains that he had left her in the corridor for Preeta’s sake, to which he responds that he simply went to meet with her. Expressing her hurt over his actions, she reminds him that she is his mother and hopes for his constant support.

Assuring her of his love and loyalty, he promises to never doubt her intentions. Moved by his words, Nidhi embraces him in a hug. Meanwhile, Dr Mayank informs the Luthras that Rajveer’s internal bleeding has been successfully controlled. Palki asks if she can go see Rajveer, to which Dr Mayank grants permission for a 5-minute visit. Instructing the others to wait in the waiting room, Dr Mayank notices some suspicious-looking individuals observing from the corridor. Palki enters the ICU and sees Rajveer lying unconscious on the bed.

Recalling their happy memories together, she pleads with him not to give up and expresses how much she loves him and cannot imagine life without him. Begging him to wake up and speak to her, Palki is reminded by a nurse not to stress out Rajveer. Palki sadly looks at Rajveer and departs. The nurse instructs the goons to vacate the corridor. Kavya checks on Preeta’s well-being and she reassures her that she is fine. Curious about Rajveer’s condition, Preeta asks Kavya for an update. Kavya informs her that he is doing well and reminds Preeta to take care of herself.

Jokingly, Preeta comments that Kavya must have been her daughter in a past life. To which, Kavya playfully responds that she is still her daughter in this lifetime and affectionately embraces Preeta. She promises to send Palki and leaves the room. Upon waking up, Rajveer is outraged when he finds out that Karan donated blood to him. Sandeep spots Amar at the hospital and realizes that he must also come up with a plan to evade the police. Meanwhile, Mahesh expresses his delight in seeing Rakhi’s changed perspective towards Preeta, but Rakhi admits that she had misunderstood Preeta before.
