Kumkum Bhagya 2nd May 2024 Written Update. Purvi inquiring if RV enjoys her cooking. RV remains quiet. Noticing this, Purvi remarks to RV. To which RV responds that this deal holds immense significance to him. Expressing her understanding, Purvi adds that’s why she has dressed up, despite Monisha and others discouraging her from doing so. RV assures Purvi that Monisha is capable of handling things and he trusts her. With that, he leaves the vicinity. As Purvi ponders over her sudden twinge of jealousy upon hearing RV’s mention of Monisha, she realizes her feelings for him.
Just as RV enters the room, she slips, but he catches her in time. The chef announces that some ingredients are lacking and proposes to prepare the food at the hotel and have it delivered later on. Agreeing to this suggestion, Monisha dismisses the chef from their presence. Monisha has invited all of Mehra’s friends to the Malhotra mansion, where the chef is currently preparing the food. She had specifically requested his presence so she could share some of her recipes with him. Yug inquires if Monisha knows how to cook, to which Deepika replies that she does. As they wait for the food to be ready, everyone begins to dance and enjoy themselves.
However, when there is still no sign of the food, Harleen asks Monisha to contact the chef and find out why it hasn’t arrived yet. Despite multiple attempts, the chef fails to answer Monisha’s calls. Concerned about how they will feed their guests, Harleen, RV, and others are at a loss for what to do. Thankfully, Purvi comes up with a solution – they can serve starters until the main course is ready. The suggestion is quickly agreed upon and Harleen asks Purvi to go into the kitchen and prepare some starters herself. Upon arriving at the jewelry store, Trishna notices Prachi there as well, attempting to sell her jewelry for some money. However, Prachi is disappointed when the store owner does not offer her the expected amount.
While Prachi steps aside to drink water, Trishna approaches the owner and kindly requests that he give Prachi the amount she desires. She also assures him that she will cover any remaining balance. Trishna makes it a point to ask the owner not to disclose this arrangement to Prachi. Upon inquiring about her desired amount, Prachi reveals that she was hoping for an additional Rs 50,000. The owner tries to offer it to her under pretenses, but out of self-respect, Prachi refuses to accept it. Following their dance, Dadi praises the performance of the newlyweds and performs a ritual to ward off any evil eye on them. Seeing this, Mrs Mehra shares with Dadi that she was reminded of her grandmother upon watching her.
