Anupama 6th January 2025 Written Update. Today in Anupama written update, Jigna informs Anupama about a visitor, and Anupama finds Prarthana, who congratulates Prem and is invited to his engagement. Anupama steps away as Baa calls her. Prem confronts Prarthana, asking why she came, and she questions his decision to get engaged without informing them, urging him to reconsider. Rahi applies mehendi to Mahi, who mentions Prem’s name being on her hands. A mishap occurs when Prem slips and falls onto Mahi’s chair, causing her to fall on Rahi. In the process, the mehendi transfers from Mahi’s hand to Rahi’s, leaving Mahi, Rahi, and Prem stunned.

As written in Anupama’s last episode, Mahi throws a tantrum because her mom, Kavya, didn’t pick up her call. She claims Kavya must be busy hiding wrinkles, but Anupama shuts her down with some motherly wisdom. Mahi softens and calls Anupama “Anu Maa,” then shifts gears to engagement shopping with Prem. Meanwhile, Rahi conveniently shows up at the same boutique, sparking drama. Prem awkwardly saves Rahi from falling, leading a clueless salesgirl to assume they’re an engaged couple. Mahi, oblivious as ever, brushes it off, focused on twinning outfits with Prem.

Anupama, meanwhile, gets a shocking text from Kavya, who plans to skip the wedding, leaving Anupama to pick up the emotional slack for Mahi. Prem corners Rahi for answers, but she dodges and leaves, adding to the brewing tension. Anupama spots Prarthana in a restaurant, hinting at more chaos ahead.

Anupama greets Prathna. She finds it strange that they always bump into each other. She says that Kanha ji has something connected between them. She asks her if she has come alone. Prathna says that she just came to have coffee, but had no company. Anupama asks her to enjoy her life. She shares about her mischievous solo stunts. She asks Prathna why she appears worried. She gives her homemade toffees. Prathna says that her mom used to make it too. Anupama tells that Prem has prepared the toffees, and he is soon going to marry Mahi. Prathna seems shocked. She congratulates Anupama and makes a quick leave. Anupama gets the bill on the table and reads her full name, Prathna Kothari. She gets suspicious.

Mahi is upset with Rahi. Rahi tries to break the ice. She offers to make special mehendi designs on Mahi’s big day. Mahi says that she wants Prem’s name written on her hand. Rahi agrees. The family happily prepares for Mahi’s marriage. Anupama asks Paritosh to not forget the tasks. Leela asks her why is she worrying like Mahi is her daughter. Anupama declares that Mahi is her daughter. She doesn’t want anyone to spread bitterness in Mahi’s joy. Mahi is excited about her engagement.

Rahi says that Mahi has filled her place in Anupama’s life. She values Mahi’s presence. Anupama says that she treats all her children equally. Rahi prepares the Engagement ceremony banner board. Prem watches her and taunts her for intentionally handing over her fateful love to Mahi. Rahi tells him that she doesn’t love him. Prem offers help to Anupama. Anupama asks him to invite his family or friends if he wants. Prem denies having anyone except them. He says that Anupama can go and buy the engagement ring. Mahi says she is busy too. Anupama decides to go with Rahi. Prathna comes home to meet Anupama.

Prem is stunned seeing her. Prathna formally meets Prem and congratulates him. Anupama asks Prem to make tea for Prathna. She invites Prathna in Prem and Mahi’s engagement. She excuses herself. Prem asks Prathna why did she come. She says that she came to wish him for his engagement. He tells her that he is getting engaged against his wish. She asks him not to do it. Rahi arrives there and sees them. Prathna gets mistaken that he is getting engaged to Rahi and wishes her. Prem sends her off. Rahi questions him about Prathna. Prem tells about Prathna, who was saved by Anupama. Anupama comes back and tells about Prathna Kothari. Prem is stressed. Rahi writes Prem’s name in Mahi’s mehendi design.

Prem stumbles at the same instant. Mahi’s mehendi gets spoiled. Prem’s name gets on Rahi’s hand. Prem apologizes to Mahi. He asks Rahi how long will she ignore the signs of fate. Rahi refuses. Prem appeals to her again and again. Pari advises him to speak to Anupama if Rahi isn’t understanding him. She says that Mahi is doing wrong to blackmail him. He thanks her for understanding him. She asks him to fight for his love. He replies that he lost his love when Rahi chose Mahi’s happiness over his love. He wants Rahi’s happiness. Rahi washes off the mehendi. She doesn’t want Prem in her fate. Mahi is upset over the spoiled mehendi. Anupama encourages her to focus on her happiness, instead of problems.

She shows the engagement rings to her. Mahi likes the rings. Anupama says that Rahi chose the rings. Prem asks Rahi how will she forget him. He confesses his feelings to her. She says that everything is over between them. She asks him not to hurt Mahi and Anupama. He apologizes for living an abnormal life on her demand. He asks her to accept his love. He assures that he will explain the situation to Mahi. She refuses. Prem gets disheartened. He gets a call from his dad and vents his anger on him. Anupama doesn’t want to doubt Prem. She decides to find out about Prathna.

She fails to see Prem and Prathna’s picture. Anupama wishes her doubt is baseless. Rahi dreams of a romantic moment with Prem. She wants to control her heart. Prem is angered. Janki advises him to calm his heart else his problems won’t get solved. She prays for Prem and Rahi. Anupama invites Janki in the engagement. Janki asks her to read her children’s hearts and try to see what’s hidden from her. Anupama gets a hint. Later, Prem drops the ring during his engagement. Rahi doesn’t confess her feelings. Prem finds Rahi in danger and rushes to save her. Anupama realizes Prem’s love for Rahi by his gesture. Prem and Rahi confess love to each other, leaving Mahi shocked.

This whole saga culminates in a love confession that took longer to arrive than a pizza during rush hour, with Anupama finally catching on to Prem’s feelings for Rahi only after he does his best superhero impression rushing to save her. Because nothing says “true love” like waiting until your engagement to someone else to spill the beans! They really turned this love triangle into a geometry problem that even Pythagoras wouldn’t touch! 📐💔😂
