She explains that she chose not to transfer the property to Karan as it would seem suspicious, but she trusts Kavya to make the right decision. She assures Shaurya that it’s not a lack of trust in him, but rather his short temper that influenced her decision. Preeta reveals that she transferred the property to Kavya instead, having arranged the paperwork when Karan transferred it to her name earlier.

He also apologizes for his previous insults. Preeta confidently states that she knows Varun is afraid of her. She then reveals that Kavya is now the sole owner of the property before leaving. Nidhi expresses her suspicion to Kareena, believing that it must be part of Preeta’s plan. She compliments Preeta’s intelligence and claims that Kavya is Preeta’s favorite.
