Kasautii Zindagii Kay: Anurag’s last attempt to save Prerna… Prerna gets sad over her decision to marry Navin. Navin tries to impress Prerna. She doesn’t like his cheap tactics. Prerna wanted to get over this situation. She feels trapped. She cries out her pain. She wanted to save her family. She has to save her parents’ self-esteem and also the ancestral house. She wants to stop the marriage some how. She feels her love for her family is much more than her own esteem. Anurag meets Prerna. He tells her that he has met Navin and clearly told him to stay away. He assures Prerna that he will save her always. He tells her that Navin isn’t right for her, he is not a good person.
Prerna asks him why did he come to her house at this hour. Anurag asks her to share the problems with him. He really wants to help her. He has come to make her change her decision. He makes the final attempt. He tells her that everyone knows that she isn’t marrying Navin by her wish, then why is she doing this. She tells him that she is helpless.

He asks her what did Navin tell her. Prerna doesn’t tell him anything. Navin doesn’t want Anurag to change Prerna’s mind. He asks her to stop talking to Anurag and end their friendship. Prerna doesn’t want to listen to Navin.
Navin tells Mohini that Madhuri needs their help. Mohini asks him to get Madhuri home. Navin gets Madhuri to Basu house. Madhuri moves in to become a part of Navin’s marriage. She plays with Mohini’s emotions. She is fooling everyone to support Navin. Madhuri tries to impress Mohini and Nivedita. Moloy asks the family to prepare for Diwali festival. Meanwhile, Shivani tries to make Prerna realize her feelings for Anurag. Prerna denies everything. Madhuri learns Anurag isn’t at home. She informs Navin about Anurag. Navin meets Anurag and angers him by making him have sweets. Anurag tells Navin that he is watching him and will expose his truth soon.
