Kasautii Zindagii Kay: Mohini slaps Anurag in anger, when he bashes up Navin. Anurag asks her how can she slap him, knowing he can never be wrong. Mohini also has much belief in Anurag. She takes this shocking step in anger and then realizes her mistake. Anurag gets silent and walks away from the function. He is much disheartened that his mother didn’t believe him. He knows he is Mohini’s pride and even she would be hurt after slapping him. Anurag fails to expose Navin’s truth. He faces a big let down when Ronita changes her statement against Navin.
Navin goes to reveal his clever trick to Anurag, how he has outdone Ronita secretly. He challenges Anurag to expose his evil face to Prerna and Mohini. Anurag attacks on Navin once again. He then leaves Navin, realizing Navin’s plan of instigating him. Navin pities Anurag. He gets more open about his evil plans of marrying Prerna and selling her off to a client. Anurag can’t stand Navin’s evil. He worries for Prerna’s future and safety. Anurag pledges to protect Prerna from Navin’s plotting.
