He suddenly realizes he’s been injected and spirals into full-blown paranoia. In his mind, Lakshmi is the mastermind behind this medical ambush. Balwinder, buddy, the hospital isn’t a crime scene — unless you’ve got something to hide?
Meanwhile, Rishi and Ayush bump into Lakshmi and Shalu at the hospital. The timing? Absolutely suspicious. The girls’ vibe? Guilty with a dash of “don’t ask.” Naturally, the boys smell something fishy.
Rishi throws Lakshmi a curveball question. Her response? A neat little fib. She tells him she never went to the mall and came directly to the hospital. Rishi isn’t buying it. Lakshmi confesses the truth to Rishi. Shalu hinders her and distracts them. She tells them that she was scared of Mehendi function, she fell unwell and that’s why Lakshmi got her to the hospital. She tells that she is getting pre-wedding jitters. She adds that Lakshmi lied to them thinking they will never understand her situation. She makes Lakshmi nod. She covers up Balwinder’s matter. Lakshmi keeps the truth under wraps on Shalu’s insistence. Lakshmi tells Rishi that she wants to tell him something.
Ayush gets worried for Shalu. He can’t believe that Shalu is panicking like a coward. He tells her that everything is okay. Rishi asks Lakshmi what’s the matter. She wants to secretly take his blood sample for the DNA test. She decides to prove that he isn’t the father of Malishka’s child. She stops him from leaving. He admits that he liked the right she held his hand and stopped him. She removes his blazer. He thinks she is in a romantic mood and hugs her tightly. He gets a wide smile on his face.
Anushka gets mad seeing Ayush and follows him. Neil stops her from getting insulted. Anushka reminds him Ayush’s words and provokes him. She says that Ayush is her life and she wants him back. Neil gets upset. Rishi calls Lakshmi naughty and asks her plan. She says that she wants to tell him something. He asks her to go ahead.
She shares her dream of becoming a nurse and collecting blood samples to assist the doctor. He finds it weird. She injects and gets the blood sample. He screams in pain. He tells that he can tolerate any pain for her. Shalu comes and finds Rishi and Lakshmi in an awkward moment. She tells Rishi that Lakshmi has taken his blood sample for donation. She takes the blood sample tube and rushes. Rishi asks her what’s going on. He tells Lakshmi that he already donated the blood. Lakshmi asks why didn’t he tell her before. He tells that she didn’t give him a chance before. She apologizes and asks him to wear his coat.
Rishi misses the chance to romance her but stays happy. Shalu looks for Lakshmi. A guy sees her and falls for her. He goes to speak to her. Ayush watches the guy approaching Shalu. The guy asks Shalu for her number. He tells the guy that Shalu is his fiancée. He invites the guy to their wedding. He holds Shalu’s hand and says that they are made for each other. The guy congratulates them. Anushka watches Ayush and Shalu. She turns jealous. Neil stops her from creating trouble.
Shalu calls Ayush jealous and teases him. Rishi comes there and tells them that Ayush is really jealous. Rishi asks him not to have insecurities and to feel lucky to have Shalu. Ayush agrees. Neil asks Anushka to accept the fact that Ayush is marrying Shalu. She says that she wants to marry Ayush and kill Shalu. The old nurse tells Lakshmi that they already had Rishi’s blood sample. Lakshmi feels guilty about troubling Rishi. The old nurse asks her to go home and wait for the DNA test reports.
Lakshmi thanks her for the help. Rishi meets a little boy who asks him for a chocolate. The boy talks innocently. Rishi bursts into laughter. Lakshmi watches Rishi and feels happy seeing him joyful. Rishi tells Lakshmi that he wants a child from her, not from Malishka. He adds that he wants their child in their life. They get emotional. Balwinder becomes conscious. He tries to recall what happened. He feels pain in his arm. The nurses fail to see him. Balwinder rushes out of the ward.
Rishi apologizes to Lakshmi for hurting her. She consoles him. Rishi admits his mistake. Lakshmi remembers their time. She doesn’t tell him the truth. She wants the reports to come. She aims to clear up his misunderstanding. She asks him not to feel guilty as they don’t know the truth. She adds that his wish will come true, and he will get his child. He tells her that he wants their child. She is speechless. They weep.
