Rituraj, still high on delusion and confidence, showed up like an uninvited plus-one and tried to cozy up to Teju—again. Offering his ever-so-unwanted help, he asked Teju if she needed anything. She politely declined, but Mukta had had enough of his antics. She reminded Rituraj (and everyone within earshot) that Teju is now Neil’s wife, and he’s more than capable of taking care of her.

But Rituraj? Oh no, he wasn’t done. He hit back with a smug, “Can you see Neil here right now?” as if Neil had gone missing and Rituraj was filling in as temporary husband. Just then—cue the background music—Neil walked in at the perfect moment and politely but firmly asked Rituraj to step aside so he could introduce Teju to his colleagues. Rituraj exited, ego slightly bruised but still intact.

At the meet-and-greet, Neil’s colleagues were all smiles and small talk until one of them dropped the classic honeymoon question: “So, when are you two going?” Teju shut that down real quick with a “Not happening,” while Neil scrambled to cook up a half-decent excuse to cover the obvious discomfort.

Teju speaks to her sisters and apologizes. She gets mistaken. She thinks Neil has manipulated Juhi and made her leave the wedding mandap. She tells that she refused to marry Neil, so he did this to achieve his goal. She gets upset. She decides to never forgive Neil. Mukta meets Leena and apologizes to her. She says that Teju is a good person, and if Leena accepts her, then Teju will win her heart. Leena says that she has no issue with Teju and her family. She adds that she has planned a big gift for the entire family. Mukta is glad to hear this.

Neil and Teju perform the aarti. Rituraj looks on with a jealous face. Neil and Teju perform the further rituals. Neil is upset when he sees Teju looking at Rituraj. He angrily breaks the chains. The family is surprised at his angered reaction. Everyone wonders what did Neil do and why. They ask the pandit to proceed. Teju and Neil dance holding the fire torches. Rituraj smiles but burns in his heart.

Neil gets hurt in his foot. He leaves the dance. Rituraj joins Teju and dances with her. Teju leaves the stage. Rituraj ends up hurting himself. The family worries about him. Neil cares for Rituraj’s burn. Rituraj sees Teju. He angrily leaves. The police come there and tell that they have to arrest Teju’s family as he has swapped the bride in the mandap. Leena tells Teju that she has filed the complaint. She insults Teju and her family. Rituraj comes back and smirks. Juhi is in tears.

With Neil and Teju’s family members’ request that Leena withdraw the complaint, Leena says that she has a condition to do so. She asks Juhi to answer her. She scolds Juhi for ruining their respect. She asks why did she leave the mandap. Juhi tells that she realized she can never adjust in Neil’s family and got scared. Leena asks her not to lie. She asks Juhi to speak the truth. Neil asks Leena not to compel Juhi.

Teju angrily reveals how Neil has manipulated Juhi and made her leave. She blames Neil and bashes his character in front of everyone. She says that Neil loves her, not Juhi. Neil has told to Juhi and trapped her in his words. She adds that Juhi sacrificed her happiness for Neil’s sake. She apologizes to Leena. She says that she was helpless to expose Neil in front of everyone. She loves her family.

She says that she married Neil for her family’s sake. Teju tells Leena that she doesn’t want to snatch Neil. She asks Leena to question Neil if she wants. Neil tells Leena that Teju is saying the truth, he had proposed to her, and also spoke to Juhi about them. He admits his mistake. Mukta reacts unexpectedly and slaps Teju. Teju asks why did she slap her. Mukta says that it’s her mistake.

She supports Leena. Leena asks Mukta and Teju to stop their drama. She doesn’t want to stay with Teju. She says that she will leave the house if the family doesn’t want to oust Teju. In the next episode, Neil goes to his room and faces Teju. It’s their first night. Rituraj disturbs them. He gives a gift to Teju. It shocks Neil.
