The story is about Reyansh and Saima and is set in Kashmir, India during the time of a curfew. Reyansh is a solider who is posted at the border while Saima is an ordinary kashmiri girl who lives with her family close to the border. Both Saima and Reyansh didn’t share any common thing between them. On one occasion, she meets him just before the firing commencement at the border, and vents her anger since the firing goes on all the time.
Sooner, Reyansh learns that Saima is going to be hit by the firing and comes in between to save Saima’s life and gets hit by the bullet on his left hand. Saima decides to take him to her home so as to treat him and provide the necessary medical aid. However, her family becomes angry since she brought him home and speaks on the society’s taunts on her citing their traditional background. She takes care of him while facing many hardships and difficult times. They started to fall in love. Once he got recovered, she takes him to his Army camp and both realized their mutual love for each other. Finally, against all odds they decide to marry.
Some of the questions are, What are the specific hardships faced by Saima and Reyansh in their pursuit of love ? How easy or difficult for them to realize and accept their love given the environment they were in ? Stay tuned to Yeh Hai Aashiqui this Sunday @ 7 PM on Bindass
