Ayesha was giving the medicines to Adi, when he tells her about the special day tomorrow. Ayesha is unaware of it. Adi tells her that its his and her (Pankhudi) marriage anniversary. Ayesha is shocked. Adi tells her his plan for tomorrow, and she will have to spend her 24 hours with him. Ayesha refuses to this saying she does not remember anything, no feelings associated with the day, then why to celebrate without any reason. Adi tells her even if she is Ayesha, she is Pankhudi for him and he will wait for her all night till she comes to him.
Ayesha tells this matter to Anisha Nani. She tells her that she is not Pankhudi, and she can’t cheat Adi by doing this. She says only Pankhudi has a right on Adi, then how can she take Pankhudi’s place in his life, though she does not want to hurt Adi’s sentiments, she can’t celebrate this day. Anisha Nani leaves the decision on her saying none of us will force you for this. Meanwhile. Nafisa is tensed as Harish has asked her and everyone to leave from their house, knowing her intimacy with Rubel.
Harish just wants Rubel and Payal’s marriage to be intact. Nafisa angrily goes to Payal and plants a seed of suspicion in Payal’s heart saying Rubel loves her and he is hiding many things from his wife. Payal gets angry and talks to Adi about this, she makes it clear to Adi and Harish that she would never bear to lose Rubel and she very well understands what Nafisa is trying to do, she wants to create a rift between them so that she can win Rubel. Adi promises Payal that he will not let this happen and will protect her marriage with Rubel.
Nafisa is tensed thinking if she really has to leave from here, she will be leaving Rubel forever. She thinks to manipulate Ayesha, so that she stays with Adi forever, and with her being in Diwaan Mansion, Nafisa too can hang around Rubel. Nafisa goes to Ayesha thinking to tell her a fake story about her being Pankhudi. She tries to influence Ayesha’s mind by confusing her between her identities. Ayesha is shocked and does not know to believe it or not. Adi waits for Ayesha at the decorated place for their anniversary.
Ayesha comes there and surprises him with the bits of her past, her Kullu life, how they got married, how he has put sindoor in her Maang going against the family. Adi is left shocked and is much happy thinking Ayesha has finally got her memory back. Adi feels now his emotions will connect with her heart and she will also accept his love as he got his wife Pankhudi back. Ayesha has already started loving Adi and Nafisa has seen this in her eyes. Adi goes ahead to kiss Ayesha and he senses something making him realize that Ayesha is not his Pankhudi. He raises his anger on her, and asks her the truth. Ayesha asks him to confront Harish. Adi ruin all the decorations in anger. Why did Ayesha do this, did she really got her memory, or is it any game of Nafisa? Nafisa is using Ayesha and Adi’s relation for her benefit, so did Ayesha do this on Nafisa’s request? Will Adi be able to accept Pankhudi’s death and Ayesha’s truth?
