Nikhil sees Lajjo’s hoardings in the city where he comes to know she is Sagar Khurana’s latest find and upcoming star Trishna. He is glad and can’t believe his simple village girl Lajjo can become so modern and don a star look. Nikhil rushes to meet Lajjo as he is very excited. Sagar and Anjali bring Lajjo for the final competition, where she has to ramp walk with all the girls. The jealous Ratri could not stand her, and thinks to fire Trishna with her dirty trick. She unstitches the cloth of her gown and Lajjo walks on the ramp wearing her purple gown. Ratri is all smiles thinking it may fall off any moment.
Sagar is glad seeing Lajjo walk so well and with so much confidence. Kabir is worried seeing Lajjo/Trishna’s beautiful looks and talent. While this is the first round as the contestants are introduced, and later they will be judges by their dancing talent, but Lajjo breaks down seeing her top fall and she holds it quickly, getting embarrassed and feeling the moments of losing her respect. Sagar is shocked whereas Kabir feels happy again looking at Ratri. Barkha who is also attending this event is happy that after this major shock, Lajjo will lose her confidence and never dare to face the world again. Lajjo covers her face and cries.
She just balances herself and is taken by Sagar and Anjali. Nikhil reaches the place and seeing all this, he encourages Lajjo not to be disheartened by one bad experience and urges her to go back on the stage and get her walk complete and with confidence. He asks her to quickly change her attire and gear up for the next rounds, as its high time she can’t back out and she has to prove her capabilities. For a village girl like Lajjo, this wardrobe malfunction is a big thing and she gains strength from Nikhil and Sagar to fight back Ratri.
