Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa 8 – Dancing with the Stars  is coming this season as Jhalak Reloaded, where  12 celebrity contestants battle it out by giving entertaining and passionate performances with the common aim to lift the coveted Jhalak’s trophy. To keep the dance floor and setting calm and cool, the judges alongwith the host going to have fun banter and quirky dialogues. Jhalak Reloaded going to start on Colors TV from 11th July 2015, every Saturday and Sunday @ 9:00 PM.

Jhalak contestants are giving their best during rehearsals so as to excel in their debut performance. Moreover, the contestants and their dance partners are having laughs and fun times with their dubsmash videos. Sanaya Irani and Ashish Chowdhry faced injuries during training and are getting back to full recovery. Wishing Sanaya and Ashish the best of health in their Jhalak journey ahead. Right now, 12 contestants are confirmed. There will be wild card contestants too at a later stage on the show. Wishing the best to each and everyone of them.  Stay tuned to Jhalak on Colors TV.

Jhalak’s 12 contestants  & their dance partner:  

* Sanaya Irani & Jai – Loved & popular actress, Sanaya last worked in Colors TV’s Rangrasiya.

* Vivian Dsena & Bhawna – Handsome hunk & actor, Vivian last worked in Colors TV’s Madhubala.

* Ashish Chowdhry & Vrushali – Loved Actor & doting father. Ashish recently participated in Colors TV’s Khatron Ke Khiladi 6 and emerge as the Winner. Ashish’s participation in Jhalak is to show his kids that ‘Nothing is impossible’.

* Radhika Madan & Rishikaysh – Radhika currently works in the role of Ishani in Colors TV Meri Aashiqui Tum Se Hi. For her first performance on Jhalak, she performs on Meri Aashiqui Tum Se Hi song from movie Aashiqui 2 Radhika have been a dance instructor & trained Jazz dancer before her foray into acting.

* Shamita Shetty & Deepak – Actress and younger sister of actress Shilpa Shetty. Shamita had worked in Big Boss 3. Dance is her passion. For her first performance, she utilized Kathak and contemporary dance performs and earning praise from Karan who called it as Kaddak performance.

* Raftaar & SnehaDilin Nair is better known by his stage name as Raftaar and RAA, is an Indian rapper/Singer/songwriter/music producer. He was part of urban music group formed by Yo Yo Honey Singh. Later, he joined Punjabi band RDB and also works in Bollywood producing music. Recently, he appeared in MTV India’s Coke Studio 4.  Read more at his Wikipedia page.

* Shubhreet Kaur & Diwakar – Shubhreet is from Chandigarh and a dancer. Finalist of India’s Got Talent 5. Despite her disability in having operational one leg, she performed with much strength, hardwork, and dedication to win people’s heart.

* Scarlett Wilson & Dhiraj – Scarlett is a British model and dancer working in Indian cinema. – She was born and brought up in UK and studied performing arts at the Tiffany Theatre College in London. Trained in ballet and jazz. Recently worked in Life OK’s Dare 2 Dance as one of the contestants. – She came to India in 2009 to work in Bollywood and began modeling. * Dipika Kakar & Vaibhav – Deepika currently playing the titular role of Simar in Colors TV’s Sasural Simar Ka. Deepika’s Twitter page.

Faisal Khan & Vaishnavi   Faisal was born on 30th January, 1999 in Mumbai. He is a child TV actor and dancer. Winner of Zee TV’s DID Little Master’s Season 2 [2012], Portrayed the role of young Pratap in Sony TV’s Maharana Pratap.  Read more at his Wikipedia page. Faisal’s Twitter page. * Mohit Malik  & Marisa  Mohit last worked in Zee TV’s Doli Armaaon Ki in the role of Samrat. Mohit’s Twitter  page. Marisa’s Twitter page.
