siya ke ram

Sita talks to Janak seeing him worried. Janak tells her that all his four daughters are equal to him. Janak regrets to not know his daughters’ opinion before taking a big decision related to them. He tells Sita that Dasharath has sent a proposal of his other three sons, and asked for his daughters’ hands. He says he has agreed to Dasharath’s request for Laxman-Urmila, Bharat-Mandvi, and Shatrughan-Shruthkirti’s marriage. He says he was very excited to get such honor from Ayodhya Naresh, after Dasharath has sent his approval for Ram and Sita’s marriage. He then regrets that he hurried to send his approval and did not ask his daughters. He feels he should have asked Urmila, Mandvi and Shruthkirti once. Sita tells him not to worry and tells Ram’s lines to him, what Ram told her at the Gauri temple. Ram has known Sita’s wish before marriage. She suggests Janak to ask the girls’ once and get their approval with happiness. Ram, Laxman, Bharat and Shatrughan stay in Mithila. Ram is glad to see his brothers valuing Mithila and loving the land of knowledge. Janak calls Urmila, Mandvi and Shruthkirti, and breaks this news to them. Chandrabhaga gets glad as she was worried for her daughters’ marriages. Janak asks his daughters their wish and opinion, and tells them about the proposals. The daughters agree happily as Raghukul’s princes have won their hearts as well. They get glad to get a chance to stay with their eldest sister Sita always. Janak, Kushadwaj, Sunaina and Chandrabhaga get very happy to send all their daughters to Ayodhya.
