Neil to reveal about Avni’s continued survival in Naamkarann

Neil and Avni look for Saisha and KK in the jungle. Neil and Avni get troubled by the goons. They both beat the goons. Neil falls in danger. Avni throws away the goon and saves Neil. Neil and Avni recollect their old moments. There is an interesting fight sequence. KK and Saisha try to break free from the goons’ clutches. Saisha fights with them. KK gets impressed with her. They come closer while making an escape. The media finds them in an intimate position and exposes their affair on the news channels. The scandal news breaks out. Neil and Avni then reach Saisha and KK. They rescue Saisha and KK, and keep them away from the media as well.

Kamini confronts KK about Saisha. He tells his mom that he wants to marry Saisha. He doesn’t know Saisha’s truth. Saisha lied to him about her identity and parents. Saisha too wants to marry KK. Kamini wants to stop the scandal from ruining KK’s image. She approves KK and Saisha”s relation.

Kamini tells KK that they will soon meet Avni to plan the engagement. Avni receives a big shock when she learns about Saisha’s relation with KK. Kamini meets her with the alliance. Avni refuses to the proposal and wants Saisha to focus on her career. Saisha gets heartbroken. She contacts Neil to seek his help in convincing Avni.

Neil decides to leave everything and go far. He has learnt Avni’s truth that Avni is alive and had been lying to him till now. He gets emotional and wants to go far from Avni. He books a ticket for London. Prakash and Shweta try to know the matter. Shweta asks Neil if he leaving the city because of KK and Saisha’s scandal. She asks him not to run away from problems. She starts blaming Saisha. Neil asks her not to say such against Saisha. Shweta says Saisha’s parents are responsible for her, you shouldn’t cover up her act. Shweta calls Saisha characterless and wants to meet her to know the matter.

Neil reveals to her that Saisha is their Mishti, she isn’t of bad character. Prakash and Shweta get a big shock. Neil tells them that Avni is alive and living far from them, raising Mishti all alone with a different identity. The family can’t believe Avni’s existence. Neil is really hurt because of Avni’s cheat. He had to tell them everything to clear the misunderstandings. Neil doesn’t want any issues in his life.
