Naira gets prepared for the surgery. She deals with her fears. Kartik encourages her. He hugs her with an assurance that he will accompany her in the OT. Kartik stays tensed about her surgery. Doctor asks them not to panic and stay calm till the surgery happens. Kartik gets scared and faints down seeing Naira’s operation’s start. Ward boy puts Kartik on the stretcher and takes him out. The family worries for Kartik and asks what happened to him. Naira runs to see Kartik. She asks Kartik why did he faint when it was her operation happening inside.
Kartik also expresses his fears. He asks Naira is she fine. She says yes, but what happened to you, are you fine. Kartik asks her not to worry for him. She didn’t know Kartik also has similar phobia. Naira and Kartik try to be strong. Kartik is more afraid than her. They give courage to each other.

The family members support them and ask them to be strong, as the surgery would get successful. Naira acts brave in front of the family. She wants to become a mum so that she can complete Kartik’s life. Naira prays that the surgery finishes soon with ease. The family sends Naira to the OT and pray for her. Manish relieves Naitik’s tension and asks him to be positive. After the surgery ends, Kartik and Naira hope for positive results.
