Yash takes Vedika for dinner. They have a dance. Sahil reaches the restaurant and gets in between them. Sahil interrupts their dance and creates a scene. Sahil feels bad seeing them together. He follows Vedika. Vedika realizes Sahil is around. Yash angrily misbehaves with Vedika, as she has much sympathy for Sahil. He tortures Vedika. He can’t believe that Sahil has become a child mentally. He sees Sahil hugging Vedika and slaps him. He rages to beat up Sahil. Vedika tells Yash that they are responsible for Sahil’s state, Sahil is unwell and he can’t bash up Sahil again. There will be a love triangle soon. Vedika calls her friend Mansi, who is a psychology doctor. Mansi treats Sahil and falls in love with him.
Dil Hi Toh Hai:
Rithvik proposes Ananya for marriage. She gets happily surprised and accepts his proposal. Rithvik makes her wear a ring and hugs her. He is doing this for a reason. He is much angry on Palak. Rithvik’s family fixes his marriage with Ananya. Rithvik appears happy, but isn’t.

Majaaz and Madiha worry for Mariam. Aayat then talks to her doctor and asks him to give the blood bank unit to Mariam. She doesn’t donate blood to Mariam. She just pretends to be good, but doesn’t show any affection for Mariam. Madiha feels indebted to Aayat.

Meera tries to save her brother from police. Prince tells them that he didn’t know the bag given by his friend, contains the drugs. He gets arrested. Meera believes he is innocent. She meets the drugs peddlers and challenges to get them arrested. She slaps one goon and fights with goons. She calls the police there and gets the real drug dealers arrested.

Roshni gets labor pain. The doctor tells Ishita that Roshni is in critical state, they can either save Roshni or the child, they both can’t be saved. She apologizes and asks Ishita to tell her decision soon, they have no time to wait. Ishita meets Roshni, who asks for saving her child first. Bhallas get in a dilemma as they were waiting for Adi’s child since long. Mrs. Bhalla asks the doctor to save the child. Ishita wants Roshni to get saved. Mrs. Bhalla feels guilty and apologizes to the family for her selfish decision.
