He hides the fact that he has poisoned the food. Raman and Ishita track Parmeet and reach the same place. Simmi meets Ananya and gives her some clothes and gifts. She feeds the food with love and tries to bond with her. She doesn’t know about Parmeet’s misdeed. Parmeet hates Raman and Ishita to the core. Raman tells Ishita that Parmeet was aware of them following him and misled them. Ishita tells Raman that Parmeet ordered rat poison with some evil intentions of killing someone. Ananya starts feeling sick after consuming the poisoned food. Simmi worries on seeing her state getting wore. She goes to Parmeet and tells him that Ananya has fainted.

He tells her that he will ruin her peace and happiness to settle scores with her. He angrily burns all her clothes and asks her to sit inside the room until the puja completes. Anika tells Shivay that he has always been mad in his moves, he has done many mistakes to break her feelings and respect. She doesn’t want to tolerate more from him.

Kartik and Naira have a meet and get into a cute argument once again. Pandit misses Ashi’s kundli by mistake. He thinks of lying to Suwarna about it. He tells his dad about Kartik and Ashi’s kundlis. His dad, also a pandit, tells him that Dadi had also called him to talk about Kartik and Naira. Rukmani wants Dadi to welcome them in the rituals. She asks Goenkas to get dressed accordingly in the Sangeet, as per fairy tale theme.
Suwarna wonders where did Kartik go. She thinks of calling him and knowing his schedule. Dadi meets Singhanias and tells them that she has completed her puja. She thinks Kartik has gone to meet Naira, maybe they want to forget the past and reconcile for the sake of the baby. She goes away, leaving the rituals, which upsets Rukmani.

Sikandar learns that Kulfi has gone to the church with David. He looks for Kulfi everywhere, while David locks Kulfi in the confession box. Sikandar pleads to the people to help him find his child Kulfi. He expresses his pain on losing Kulfi. Kulfi gets to hear Sikandar’s voice and understands that he is talking about her.

She gets emotional hearing him. Sikandar tells him that he has lost his everything by losing Kulfi. David and his wife witness Sikandar’s emotional speech and melt down. His wife asks David to free Kulfi, as she will get the most of love from Sikandar. Sikandar’s pain reaches everyone’s heart. David’s wife frees him from the pain of losing their son. She tells him that she wants their son’s soul to be peace, they shouldn’t do anything wrong with Kulfi, who is innocent like their son. David asks Kulfi to go to Sikandar. Sikandar leaves from the church. Kulfi gets happy and runs to Sikandar.
He apologizes to his wife for his selfish move to find happiness by kidnapping an innocent child. Kulfi shouts to Sikandar to stop him. Kulfi and Sikandar finally meet and get the world’s happiness. Kulfi meets with a shocking accident, which ruins Sikandar’s world. He runs to hold Kulfi out of utmost concern. He feels he has lost Kulfi forever. His hopes begin to shatter. Sikandar rushes Kulfi to the hospital by much difficulty.
