Shivay and Anika’s love journey will be seen. Shivay gets determined to earn Anika’s forgiveness by melting her heart filled with anger. Gauri tells Anika that Shivay may fall ill if he stands under the rain for long hours. Anika gets worried for Shivay. She tells Gauri that maybe Shivay will leave on his own when he feels hungry. Gauri tells her that Shivay is already wounded and may catch an infection. Anika couldn’t eat seeing him in such a state. Anika rushes to him and asks Shivay not to trouble her. She asks him to not hurt himself. He asks her to forgive him. She tells him that she is ready to forgive him. She forgives him and sends him home. She signs a relief when he leaves. Anika looks for him when he is gone.
Gauri understands Anika’s real concern for Shivay. She asks Anika why is she upset when he is gone. Anika doesn’t believe that he is really gone. She gets a shock when she finds Shivay shivering in a poor state, outside her door. Shivay asks her to forgive him. Shivay just speaks to her for a moment and faints.
Shivay gets rescued by Omkara and Priyanka, who inform Anika about Shivay’s fragile heart condition. Omkara tells them that Shivay can’t tolerate cold weather. He gets Shivay to consciousness only to scold Shivay for his foolish act. Shivay tells Omkara that Anika had told him that she had forgiven him, but that forgiveness didn’t touch his heart, so he has stayed back to convince her.

Anika cries on seeing his state. She tells Shivay that she has really forgiven him by all her heart. He asks her to come home with him, but she refuses. She doesn’t believe that she is his wife, as relations aren’t made by force. Shivay asks Anika not to punish him this way. She tells him that she will be fine and fight with her problems on her own, like always. He tells her that he really worries for her, since she is his wife. He accepts her as his wife. He asks Anika to accept his friendship at least, if not their relation. Anika gives him a chance and becomes friends with him. Their siblings get happy for their friendship. Anika gets caring for Shivay. Omkara takes Shivay home.
Anika gets busy in her work. Shivay resumes his normal routine. He enquires about Anika from Khanna. Khanna tells Shivay about the problem Anika is facing. Khanna says Anika is suffering from mild cold. Shivay gets too stressed, and sends a list of goodies for her relief. Khanna tells Anika that Shivay has sent everything for Anika’s well-being.
Gauri gets impressed with the gifts. Anika tells Khanna that she can’t accept the things. He tells Anika that Shivay is asking about her a lot, he is much concerned for her, he has personally prepared a herbal soup for Anika. Gauri pulls Anika’s leg. She asks Anika to have the soup and also the gifts. Shivay asks Khanna if Anika has consumed the soup.

Khanna tells Shivay that he didn’t see Anika drinking it. Shivay misses his important meeting to know if Anika has taken the herbal soup. Khanna tells Shivay that Anika didn’t care for the soup. Shivay cancels the meeting and leaves to check on Anika. He reaches Anika’s house and spies on her to see if she has consumes the soup. He ends up spilling the soup. Anika gets to see the spilt soup and worries that Shivay has made it for her. Shivay hears her opinion about him. Anika tells Gauri that maybe the soup was bitter like Shivay, its good that the soup fell down.
Shivay gets upset when she comments on his cooking skills. Anika tells Gauri that she is visiting the temple, as its her birthday. Shivay gets to know about her birthday and reaches his siblings to get ideas for surprising Anika. Omkara and Priyanka pull Shivay’s leg. Shivay asks them to help him out in planning the surprise. He asks if he should wish Anika on her birthday, like going personally and arranging a surprise. He decides everything on his own, while questioning them and taking their advice.
Shivay tells them that he has cancelled the meeting, as he has to celebrate Anika’s birthday. Omkara asks him to finish off the meeting if he is in office. Shivay tells him that he is close to Anika’s house and is eager to gift Anika with his best wishes. He buys a big bouquet to surprise Anika. He meets her in the temple and plays his part perfectly, acting surprised seeing her. Shivay then throws a birthday surprise for Anika.
