Anurag Prerna to trick Komolika. Prerna expects Anurag to help her out and save her from the police, since Komolika is framing her once again. She hopes that Anurag sticks to the truth and doesn’t change this time. Anurag admits that Prerna is his life and asks inspector not to arrest her. Prerna gets glad that the human in him is still alive. Komolika loses her cool on seeing Anurag supporting Prerna. She asks him not to dare help Prerna, else she will take an extreme step. Anurag gets scared of Komolika once again and takes her into confidence. He tells Komolika that he was going to prove Prerna wrong. He asks her to believe him for once.
Anurag changes his statement in front of the police, being afraid that Komolika may harm Prerna in anger. Anurag tells inspector that Prerna’s isn’t his real wife, the marriage was just an act which Prerna took it for real. He lets the police arrest Prerna, which breaks her heart. Mohini and Komolika feel proud of him that he has got Prerna arrested.

Anurag feels sorry that Prerna had to leave the house this way. Prerna declares her hatred for Anurag in front of everyone while making an exit. Komoika gets trusting Anurag as per his plan and apologizes to him for suspecting him all the while since the mall incident. Anurag stays sorrowful that he couldn’t keep his promise to safeguard Prerna. On the other hand, Shivani meets her prospective groom Aryan and gives her consent for the marriage, after revealing her past with Ronit to him. Aryan agrees to marry Shivani because of her honesty. Ronit barges inside the house and threatens Aryan for breaking the alliance. Aryan gets helpless to save his life and leave from Shivani’s house. Ronit declares that Shivani will be marrying only him. He gets obsessed for Shivani, and troubles her family.
Meanwhile, Anurag sinks in guilt and wants to help Prerna. He thinks of meeting her in the police station and change his statement again.
