He thinks Sherlyn was earlier forcing him to make Kritika cry, now that she is thinking against Preeta, he is free to spend time with Kritika. Sherlyn asks him to take her somewhere out of the house. He tells her that he can’t spend time with her. She threatens to expose his truth. She tells him that she wants to spend the day with him. Prithvi gets a work call. He tells him that he has many things important than work.
He books a couple dinner at the restaurant. He scolds the manager for reminding him about the meeting and disturbing him. He pleases Sherlyn. Sherlyn hugs Prithvi. On the other hand, Sarla returns home and tells Shrishti that she had gone to meet Preeta. She tells Shrishti that Preeta had many complications, she didn’t conceive the baby, she isn’t pregnant and may never conceive. Shrishti is shocked to know this.
Sarla tells Shrishti that Karan had supported Preeta even after knowing the truth. Karan and Preeta visit the doctor. They wait for the reports. He tells her that they will tell the truth to the family after the reports come.
He asks Preeta to promise him, that she won’t tell anyone until he shares the truth. She promises him. Sherlyn spies over them. She learns about Preeta’s tests. She smirks having an evil plan on her mind. Will Sherlyn go ahead and tell the truth to the Luthras that Preeta isn’t pregnant, or will she manipulate the reports? Preeta tells Karan that they have to inform the family that she isn’t pregnant. He replies that they will tell them soon. He wants to take a second opinion first and know the possibilities to sort their problem. He tells Preeta that they will give the bad news, along with the possible good news. He calls up Dr. Anchal to discuss Preeta’s case. Anchal asks him to get Preeta to her clinic for tests. Kritika learns from Prithvi’s manager that Prithvi is planning a surprise for her, he is taking her out for lunch.
She gets delighted. She also gets ready to accompany him, while he was planning to take Sherlyn. He calls the manager to know about the booking. Elsewhere, Shrishti asks Sarla didn’t she get Preeta along, when she went in much anger. Sarla tells that she didn’t go to get Preeta home, she knows whatever Karan did in the past, but it can’t affect Preeta’s present. She believes that Karan can never do anything wrong. Shrishti tells that she was tensed that Sarla would get upset with her. Sarla is glad to see her daughter caring for her.
She tells that she worries for her daughters a lot. She adds that she had gone to see Preeta’s courage to face the things. She knows that Preeta is strong. She tells that Preeta is in her house, where her husband and in-laws give her much love and respect. She didn’t wish to bring Preeta by separating her from the loving family. She tells Shrishti that she would never bring Preeta forcibly like the last time, when Karan didn’t trust Preeta. She adds that Karan and Preeta was weak before, but now its too strong, Karan trusts Preeta, he always stands for her.

She has seen it herself that Karan cares for Preeta, he can do anything for her, he stood for her knowing Preeta can never give him a child. Shrishti didn’t know this truth. Sarla tells that Karan had protected Preeta from sorrow. Shrishti asks what is she saying. Sarla tells that Preeta had informed her and also Karan. She asks Shrishti not to let anyone know this, until Preeta informs the family. Shrishti cries for Preeta. She wants to talk to Preeta and share her sorrow.
Prithvi takes Sherlyn to the restaurant for lunch. He gets into an argument with a shop vendor. Sherlyn sees Karan and Preeta around. She wants to see if they are also going to the same restaurant. She tries to tell Prithvi about them. She finds Preeta entering the fertility clinic. She follows Karan and Preeta to know the matter. Prithvi stays engaged in the argument. He sees Sherlyn leaving. He calls her to ask where did she disappear. She asks him to take Kritika for lunch. She adds that she got some urgent work.
Prithvi receives Kritika’s call. Karan and Preeta meet Dr. Anchal at the clinic. Anchal tells Karan that she has checked Preeta’s reports already. She wants some additional tests to be done. She gives him hopes of having a child. She tells that Preeta’s case isn’t much complicated, they will have a solution, they don’t need to stay upset from now. Shrishti calls up Preeta. She sheds tears. She feels apologetic that she couldn’t sense Preeta’s sorrow hidden behind her smile.

Preeta tells that she didn’t wish to hurt her heart by sharing the truth. Sherlyn overhears Preeta’s conversation. Preeta tells Shrishti that the family loves her, she isn’t alone, Karan is supportive. She shares the truth with Shrishti. Sherlyn gets joyed hearing Preeta’s sad story. She wants to make sure that Preeta’s cheat gets known to the family. She tells Shrishti that Dr. Anchal is giving her hopes that she can conceive a baby. She promises to give good news to the family soon. Sherlyn doesn’t want Preeta to succeed. She decides to break her every hope, dream and relation. Stay tuned.
