Yeh Rishta 31st January 2022 Written Update Disgrace dose Birlas and Goenkas get angry seeing each other at the same Makar Sankranti celebration. Abhimanyu and Akshara feel tense seeing their family in front of each other. A person says that they would get to see a collision between two known personalities (Manish Goenka and Harshvardhan Birla) along with kite flying. Another person says they would get to see full entertainment. Goenkas and Birlas feel embarrassed. Manish wishes Makar Sankranti to everyone. Before Goenkas leave, Harshavardhan taunts them saying that not everyone can fly kites high in the sky.
Manish says not only people’s fun can be made on the ground but threads are also to be tied on kites. He says the air’s direction will decide how easy and difficult it would be. Mahima, Swarna, Suahsini ask Harshavardhan and Manish respectively to not get involved. Manish and Harshvardhan decide to challenge each other. Kairav and Abhimanyu try to stop them. Harshavardhan and Manish don’t stop their challenge on anyone’s insistence. They pick their kites, tie thread on it. Abhimanyu signs Akshara to not take tension. Everyone wonders what is going to happen now.
Akshara tells Kairav and Vansh that if they too join the kite flying competition then it would look like a game not enmity to other people. Aarohi overhears their conversation. Kairav and Vansh join kite flying before Manish and Harshvardhan’s challenge turns into a war. Neil asks Parth what is happening. Parth says he can’t understand anything. Abhimanyu reads Akshara’s message telling him that they should join. Abhimanyu replies and asks Akshara to let Manish and Harshvardhan compete with each other. Akshara requests Abhimanyu to join and tells him that Manish and Harshvardhan’s challenge can convert into war if they fly alone.

Abhimanyu asks Birlas to join kite flying. Manjiri says this shouldn’t have happened like this. Swarna tells Manjiri that she could have stopped this enmity between their families as she had an idea about Abhimanyu and Akshara’s feelings for each other. Guilty Manijri says parents can become bad for children in front of the world. She tells Swarna and Suhasini that they can understand it better too. They walk towards their husband to help them handle their kite reels. Abhimanyu and Akshara feel good seeing their families flying kites together. Abhimanyu signs, “I love you” to Akshara. Kairav notices them and leaves angrily.
Akshara scolds Abhimanyu in signs. Harshavardhan and Manish taunt each other using quotes. They challenge each other to save their kites. Abhimanyu and Akshara feel tense. Aarohi and Neil go challenging each other in kite flying. Neil smirks after cutting Aarohi’s kite. Aarohi leaves angrily. Akshara thinks Kairav’s efforts aren’t working on Manish and Harshvardhan. She thinks about doing something herself. Neil asks Aarohi can’t she behave normal. He also asks her if so much anger and frustration is important. Aarohi gets lost in thinking. Neil tells Aarohi that everything would have got alright, if she would have moved on by apologizing.
This angers Aarohi. She asks Neil to not lecture her. Aarohi tells Neil that he would understand when he would get stuck badly. She leaves angrily and Neil feels irritated. Akshara thinks that she would have to solve both families’ problems like Naira and Kartik used to do. Abhimanyu too feels tense. Akshara takes Abhimanyu aside. Abhimanyu thinks Akshara wants to get romantic with him secretly. Akshara asks Abhimanyu when he got hurt the most in their love story.

Confused, Abhimanyu tells Akshara that he got very hurt when he thought that she was giving up on him. Akshara tells Abhimanyu that she also got very hurt, when she kept him away from her. She says she had no option at that time. Abhimanyu says he knows and prays that God doesn’t show this type of day to any person in love.
Akshara and Abhimanyu decide to unite their families. Akshara tells Abhimanyu that they would continuously try till their wish gets fulfilled. Abhimanyu tells Akshara that he will always support her and will fight every battle to unite their families. He picks up Akshara and twirls her. Akshaara starts dancing with her family sketch kite. Aarohi says Akshara doesn’t feel ashamed. Vansh asks Aarohi if she feels ashamed. Harshvardhan says Akshara started singing and dancing here too. Abhimanyu too dances with Akshara. Both Akshara and Abhimanyu make their siblings dance with each other. They play with colors and smiley balls.
Abhimanyu and Akshara try to make their rest of the family dance and enjoy. Everyone initially ignores their requests but later Manish and Harshvardhan play conga drums together. Both Goenkas and Birlas dance and fly kites together. All this turns out to be Akshara’s imagination. Akshara, Abhimanyu, Neil, Kairav, Vansh request their families. Families agree to their children’s wishes. Manjiri asks Mahima to see that their children support good and right things and are not selfish. Mahima agrees that their children aren’t selfish. She tells Manjiri that children just like things to go their way. Suahsini and Swaran discuss that sometimes they misunderstand their children, who just want their families to be together. They pray to God that Akshara and Abhimanyu’s efforts get successful.
Akshara and Abhimanyu are seen flying a kite together separately and secretly from others. Akshara gets shocked on seeing a current wire falling towards Abhimanyu. She pushes Abhimanyu and both of them fall on the other side. Akshara asks Abhimanyu if he is fine. Abhimanyu tells Akshara that he would have died if she wouldn’t have saved him. Akshara doesn’t let Abhimanyu complete his sentence. She tells Abhimanyu that she would die if something happens to him. A person asks everyone to see that romance is going on. Guests, Goenkas and Birlas see Akshara and Abhimanyu with each other. Both families feel shocked, angry and embarrassed.

Abhimanyu asks the person to fly his kite if he doesn’t like the romance. Guests call Abhimanyu and Akshara ill-mannered. Everyone humiliates Akshara and Abhimanyu. They ask them to not spoil other children with their actions. Abhimanyu asks the person to mind his own business and words. Akshara calms Abhimanyu and requests him to not talk like this in front of families. A woman says Abhimanyu ran away with Akshara from his marriage with Aarohi. Everyone humilates Akshara and Abhimanyu as well as their families. Abhimanyu grows angry. Kairav, Vansh and Aarohi ask everyone to not interfere in their family matters. Parth and Abhimanyu say outsiders don’t have the right to speak in their family matters.
A person says that people have to work according to the rules of the society to live in it. He humiliates Akshara and Aarohi. This angers and embarrasses Goenkas and Birlas respectively. Abhimanyu gets angry seeing Akshara’s teary eyes and shouts, enough. In the next, Abhimanyu will say that he and Akshara won’t give any explanation as they didn’t commit any mistake. Manish will apologize to society people. He will promise that they won’t have any relationship with Birlas in future. This will shock Abhimanyu and Akshara. Manish will take Akshara with him. Akshara and Abhimanyu will get teary eyed, getting separated from each other.
