Yeh Rishta 23rd February 2022 Written Update Good news Unconscious Manish breathes deep. Abhimanyu continues operating Manish. Outside Akshara feels dizzy and clings to a wall. In a low voice, Akshara requests Abhimanyu to not let anything happen to Manish. She says she already lost her father and both mothers and doesn’t want to lose Manish too. At Goenka Mansion, Swarna and Suhasini lights a diya and prays for Manish’s safety. Vansh asks Kairav about Manish’s condition. At Borla house, Manjiri, Neil, Shefali and Anisha also pray to God for Manish’s safety. Anisha asks Manjiri if Manish’s condition got worse because of her, Kairav, Abhimanyu and Akshara.

Manjiri tells Anisha that it’s not the time to think about all this. She says that their priority is to pray that everything gets fine. In the OT, Abhimanyu is seen operating on Manish. Outside everyone is seen worried, Akshara again feels dizzy. A nurse comes outside and runs inside the OT, with medicine. On Goenka’s question, Anand tells them that Manish is sinking. Mahima shocks the Goenkas telling them that Manish is giving up and has left his will power. She says Manish himself will have to fight for his every breath now. Abhimanyu gives an injection to Manish directly into his heart. He asks unconscious Manish to respond and breathe himself.

Abhimanyu asks Manish to respond thinking about living for his family. He says he knows the injection will work and asks Manish to fight this. Akshara starts singing a bhajan outside OT. Harshvardhan asks Anand if Akshara has gone mad. Anand asks Harshavardhan to get quiet. He tells Harshvardhan that music and emotions increase the will power of a person. Abhimanyu asks Manish to hear Akshara’s voice and try his best as he can’t leave his children like this. Akshara chokes and Manish starts sinking. Abhimanyu gets worried. Aarohi makes Akshara drink water. Even after Kairav asks Akshara to stop. Akshara keeps on trying to sing for Manish.

Abhimanyu tells Manish that he can’t leave like this. Nurse takes a shock therapy machine inside the OT. This scares everyone. Akshara shouts and requests Abhimanyu to save Manish and bring him back. Abhimanyu starts shock therapy on Manish. Akshara shouts and requests Manish to not go away leaving them. Everyone gets shattered outside OT. Unconscious, Manish sees Akshara, Kairav and Aarohi crying in his dream. Akshara and Kairav are seen requesting Manish to stop leaving them. Manish’s dream ends. Kairav prays to God to save Manish. Abhimanyu again gives shock therapy to Manish and requests him to respond.

At Goenka Mansion, Swarna requests Vansh to get some information from the hospital about Manish. Vansh tries and tells Suhasini and Swarna that no one is picking up her call. At the hospital, Akshara breaks down. Abhimanyu comes outside of OT. He tells everyone that he saved Manish. Before, Akshara, Aarohi and Kairav hug Abhimanyu. Everyone gets happy. Akshara also hugs Abhimanyu with Kairav and Aarohi. Abhimanyu twirls everyone. Elders get happy seeing children happy and together. Kairav calls and informs Suhasini, Swarna and Vansh that Manish is safe now. Manjiri also calls Mahima to ask about Manish. Mahima shows Akshara and Abhimanyu to her.

Abhimanyu and Akshara sign and tell her that Manish got saved. Swarna, Suhasini and Vansh thanks Abhimanyu for saving Manish. Akshara picks up Abhimanyu like a champion, shocking and surprising everyone. Everyone laughs with teary eyes. Kairav and Aarohi help Akshara in twirling Abhimanyu. Abhimanyu dances with Goenkas outside OT in happiness. Akshara makes Birlas dance with them. Members at Goenka and Birla house get happy and teary eyed seeing everyone happy and together. Unconscious, Manish is brought outside on a stretcher Abhimanyu stops Kairav from touching Manish. He tells Kairav that Manish is prone to infection right now as his immune system is very weak at present.

Kairav thanks Abhimanyu. Abhimanyu tells Kairav that Manish is safe now and will get conscious in some time. Akshara tells unconscious Manish that she wouldn’t have been able to forgive herself if something would have happened to him today. Akshara’s words pricks Abhimanyu. Kairav hugs crying Akshara. Akhilesh hugs Aarohi. Manish is taken to ward. Abhimanyu asks Akshara to not feel tense thinking about what didn’t happen. He caresses Akshara and wipes her tears. Anand says well done to Abhimanyu. Akshara also praises Abhimanyu’s efforts. Harshvardhan says that nothing can wrong happen till Abhimanyu is there as he is Birla’s best. Anand says only Abhimanyu can handle Birla hospital well after him.

Mahima clutches her hands in anger. Anand says no one else can handle Birla hospital better than Abhimanyu after him. Mahima controls her anger. He asks everyone to relax, have some coffee and rest. Kairav goes to call Vansh to bring everyone to the hospital to meet Manish. Before Abhimanyu could talk to Akshara, Harshavardhan takes Abhimanyu for some important conversation. Akshara leaves from there hoping that no new problem arises. Later, Abhimanyu asks Harshavardhan to quickly say what he wants to. Harshvardhan asks Abhimanyu to listen to his words with a cool and peaceful mind. He asks Abhimanyu if his childhood habit of moving feet didn’t end. Harshvardhan tells Abhimanyu that he has been trying to explain to him since childhood that moving feets can put his father in debt.

Abhimanyu stops moving his feet and asks Harshavardhan to say what he wants to. Harshvardhan asks Abhimanyu if being a good doctor is enough. He also asks Abhimanyu if he could have saved Manish at his medical camp without world class facilities available at Birla hospital. Harshvardhan tells Abhimanyu that with only being good, he can’t save a critical patient’s life. He also tells Abhimanyu that for saving a critical patient he needs good support systems and medical equipment which aren’t available at his street medical camp. Harshvardhan further tells Abhimanyu that being an emotional person he can’t understand a practical person like him and he is fine with it.

He explains to Abhimanyu that their medical profession doesn’t work on emotions. Harshvardhan says as doctors practically, they need best medicines, best facilities, best staff and best doctors to save a critical patient. He tells Abhimanyu that because of these reasons he needs a best doctor like him for his best hospital. Harshvardhan further tells Abhimanyu that Birla hospital and it’s patients need him. He explains to Abhimanyu that critical patients like Manish don’t come to his medical camp but to Birla hospital.

Harshvardhan requests Abhimanyu to rejoin Birla hospital as it’s a fair deal for him (Harshvardhan) and fair choice for him (Abhimanyu). He tells Abhimanyu that he has already got his rejoin papers ready and informed the management about it too. He requests Abhimanyu to sign his rejoining papers. Abhimanyu recalls Manjiri’s words and Akshara’s condition seeing Manish’s condition. He asks Harshavardhan if he doesn’t think that he should make another joining letter too. Harshvardhan asks Abhimanyu if he is talking about Akshara’s joining letter. Abhimanyu says yes. He explains to Harshvardhan that he is not asking him to make Akshara’s rejoining letter because he loves her but because she deserves it.

He reminds Harshvardhan that Askhara saved many patients in Birla hospital. Abhimanyu tells Harshavardhan that their Birla hospital also needs a talented music therapist like Akshara. He reminds Harshavardhan that he threw Akshara out of Birla hospital for personal reasons, which is wrong. Abhimanyu says Akshara also deserves to be a part of Birla hospital. He gives his rejoining papers back to Harshvardhan.

In the next episode, Abhimanyu will be seen performing Shiv Tandav recalling Akshara saying that she never wanted her love to become a problem for her family. In the flashback, Abhimanyu will also be seen telling Akshara that her family becomes her priority when it comes to their love. He will raise a question on Akshara’s love for him. Abhimanyu will see Akshara dancing with her family in a video on his phone. He will get determined to see how long Akshara doesn’t miss him. Akshara will think not to disturb Abhimanyu thinking that he would be busy in Pooja.
