Yeh Hai Chahatein 16th May 2022 Written Update Revati strikes Revati smirks seeing Rudra and Prisha’s maternal as well as in-laws family photographs (Khuranas and Srinivasans) on her room’s pin board. Her junior arrives with Rudra and Prisha’s family’s whole life information and handovers it to Revati. He asks Revati what she intends to do with Rudra and Prisha’s family information. Revati refuses to share her motive with her junior and sends him away. She reads that Vasudha hated Prisha for 5 years in a misunderstanding that she killed her son Venky. She thinks what if she sparks this hate again.
Revati smirks and decides to use Vasudha first against Prisha and Rudra. On the other hand, Rudra angrily asks Prisha to not feel happy thinking that they are going to marry each other again. He tells Prisha that they are doing a fake marriage for Ruhi’s sake and her happiness. Prisha tells Rudra that they will have to fake happiness too, otherwise kids will find out reality. She also tells Rudra that they should do all this wholeheartedly as they are doing all this for their kid’s happiness. Rudra tells Prisha that he feels devoid of any happiness whenever he sees her.
He tells Prisha that he hates himself when he pretends to fake happiness in front of children. Prisha advises Rudra to identify symptoms, diagnose the illness and treat it. She tells Rudra that everything will get alright. Rudra replies that some illnesses have no cure and they never go away. He tells Prisha that only death of their relationship awaits at the other end. Prisha feels bad. Ruhi and Saaransh come to take Rudra and Prisha somewhere. Seeing their expressions, Ruhi asks if they were fighting again. Rudra says he and Prisha were just talking and their conversation ended. Hearing this, Ruhi and Saaransh take Rudra and Prisha downstairs.
They show Rudra and Prisha the designers they have called for their engagement outfits. Ruhi and Saaransh tell Rudra and Prisha that they are also getting sad seeing them sad. Seeing their kids getting sad, Rudra and Prisha (Rusha) pretend to be excited and happy about their wedding. They even end up overacting, but innocent Ruhi and Saransh don’t understand Rusha’s pretense. Ruhi, Saaransh, Prisha and Rudra start deciding on their outfits. Rudra shows disagreement on whatever Prisha agrees. Seeing Rudra and Prisha arguing and fighting, Ruhi starts crying.
Ruhi and Saaransh tell Rudra and Prisha that they always get stuck in their fight. Ruhi asks God what type of fighting parents he/she gave her. Rudra asks Ruhi to stop her melodrama as she is overacting. Ruhi again starts crying. Rudra stops Ruhi from crying and tells her that he would do exactly what she wants. Ruhi asks Rudra to quickly finalize his engagement outfit. Ruhi tells Rudra if he and Prisha love each other, their choices should be the same. Rudra says it isn’t necessary. He says what’s wrong for one, could be right for the other one. Prisha says if two people love each other, they can accept each other’s choice. She says that’s what love is about.

Ruhi and Saaransh agree to Prisha’s words. Prishaa says she is aware of Rudra’s choices. She says she will wear whatever Rudra chooses for her and won’t object to it. Rudra asks Prisha if she is sure about whatever she said. Prisha says, she is sure. Rudra intentionally chooses a weird and gaudy outfit for Prisha but a sober one for himself. Ruhi tells Rudra that he will look dashing but Prisha will look shiny (Ms. Chamku) in the outfit he chose for her. Rudra says his choice is bad but Prisha herself volunteered to wear his choice. He leaves saying let Prisha look shiny for a day.
Ruhi and Saaransh say that Rudra intentionally chose a gaudy dress for Prisha. Prisha asks Ruhi what she can do in this. Ruhi says she has got an idea and won’t let Rudra do what he wants to. On the other hand, Revati follows Vasudha in the vegetable market. She sends her men to steal Vasudha’s bag. As Vasudha screams, Revati comes there and pretends to help Vasudha. She stops and beats the thief for the robbery. Thief runs away, pushing Revati as per their plan. Worried Vasudha runs to Revati unaware of the truth. Vasudha thanks Revati for helping her. She also praises Revati’s bravery.
Revati tells Vasudha that thank you isn’t needed as being a police commissioner it’s her duty to protect and help her citizens. She introduces herself as Revati Choudhary, police commissioner. She pretends to recognize Vasudha as Prisha’s mother. Vasudha replies yes, she is Prisha’s mother. Revati tells Vasudha that she is Prisha’s friend and living in her house these days. She also tells Vasudha that she found her familiar as she saw her photograph with Prisha. Revati tells Vasudha it was a pleasure meeting her. She also tells Vasudha that they will meet tomorrow in the function organized at Khurana Mansion. Vasudha acts unaware about the function. Revati tells Vasudha that Rurda and Prisha are getting remarried and it’s their engagement tomorrow.
Vasudha tells Revati that she didn’t get any such invite. Revati tells Vasudha that it’s fine as Prisha being busy in preparations would have forgotten to invite her. She also tells Vasudha that a mother doesn’t need any invitation. Vasudha tells Revati that even being Prisha’s mother she can’t just go to her house, especially being uninvited. Revati tells Vasudha that there may be some reason why Prisha didn’t invite her. Vasudha leaves disappointed. Revati smirks thinking that she started creating misunderstandings between Vasudha and Prisha. At night, Prisha instructs and explains to servants about their work.
Vasudha comes and asks Prisha why she didn’t invite or tell her parents about her remarriage with Rudra. Prisha takes Vasudha to her room. She tells Vasudha that they are doing all this just for Ruhi’s sake and happiness. Vasudha asks Prisha why she didn’t tell her and GPS about her and Rudra’s remarriage. Prisha tells Vasudha that there is some argument going on between her and Rudra. She also tells Vasudha that she and GPS would have understood her and Rudra’s differences while attending their remarriage. Prisha further tells Vasudha that she did want to stress her and GPS about it.

Vasudha asks Prisha what she is hiding. Prisha tells Vasudha that she and GPS were hiding this truth from everyone for years. She also tells Vasudha that she and GPS hid this from her because otherwise she would have got worried and started torturing herself. Prisha reveals to Vasudha that Yuvraj murdered Rajiv (Rudra’s elder brother). Prisha tells Vasudha that everyone’s life got normal after a lot of struggles, so she didn’t want to disturb everyone with this disturbing truth. She says she is very apologetic for hiding such a big truth from everyone. Prisha tells Vasudha that Rudra is very angry with her, since he got to know this truth.
Vasudha tells Prisha that it’s a very serious matter. Prisha accepts that she made a big mistake. She explains that this happened long back and she had forgotten about it totally. Prisha says if she would have remembered this truth, she would have told it to Rudra. She tells Vasudha that Rudra is so angry that he wants to break up with her. Vasudha says she understands that it’s not a trivial but a serious matter. She says that Rudra doesn’t need to take it to such an extent as she did everything thinking about the well-being of her family. Vasudha tells Prisha that she made so many sacrifices for Rudra and he is getting angry at her, instead of being affectionate.
Prisha and Vasudha get quiet as Sharda comes there. Sharda excitedly convinces Vasudha to stay at Khurana Mansion till Rudra and Prisha’s remarriage gets completed. Next morning, Ruhi and Saaransh explain to the staff how to organize everything and their theme surprise for Rudra and Prisha’s engagement. Revati comes there and asks Ruhi and Saaransh what are they doing. Ruhi and Saaransh explain to Revati the theme they kept for Rudra and Prisha’s engagement ceremony. The theme is “Love you to the moon and back”. Ruhi tells Revati that according to their arrangements, Rudra and Prisha will sit high on the moon and exchange their engagement rings.
Revati praises Ruhi and Saaransh’s idea. She secretly checks how the moon prop will take Rusha up for the ceremony and how it is connected to nut bolts for safety. Later, Revati sees Khuranas staff scolding outsourced staff in the money/payment matter. She decides to use this outsourced staff for her evil plan and motive against Rudra and Prisha. At night, Ruhi praises Rudra’s engagement look. Rudra also praises Ruhi’s look for the engagement function. Ruhi makes drinks fall on Rudra’s engagement outfit. She apologizes to Rudra. Just then Ruhi gets an idea and runs outside asking Rudra to wait for her.
On the other hand, Revati explains her evil plan of losing the moon props’s nut bolts to the angry and outsourced staff. When outsourced staff show reluctance, Revati threatens him with her police commissioner post. She gives money to outsourced staff to follow her plan and injure Rudra and Prisha badly. In her thoughts she thinks Rudra and Prisha will also suffer like her.
In the next episode, Ruhi and Saaransh will surprise Rudra and Prisha. Rudra and Prisha will sit on the moon to exchange the rings. Moon will be taken in the air. Suddenly the moon prop’s nut bolts will loosen as per Revati’s plan. Rudra and Prisha will get hanged on the moon prop with each other’s support. Revati will smile seeing this. Rudra and Prisha’s hands will lose grip and they will fall down with a thud. Everyone except Revati will get worried and shocked.
