Anupama 27th May 2022 Written Update Happy times Anuj asks shy Anupama if she knows where they are going for their honeymoon. Anupama says Mumbai. Anuj asks Anupama how she guessed it right. Anupama says Mumbai is the first place where they went together. Anuj tells Anupama that he would have also booked the same but it’s a gift from his brother and sister-in-law. He also tells Anupama that his brother and sister-in-law were booking a foreign trip for them as they failed to attend their wedding. Anuj further tells Anupama that he refused them as they have to be nearby ill Bapuji, can’t leave GK alone too and moreover he won’t be able to take so many leaves because he just started new work.

Anupama tells Anuj that there can’t be a better place than Mumbai as their most beautiful memories are connected with it. Anuj agrees and tells Anupama that he is going to text and thank Ankush and Barkha telling that they liked their gift. He says Ankush is his cousin but still closer to him. Anupama tells Anuj that in India all brother-sisters are addressed as brother-sisters, not cousins. Anuj agrees when Anupama asks him to call his brother and sister-in-law at home after their Mumbai Trip (honeymoon) as this way the whole family will be together and she will be able to meet them. Anuj asks Anupama to focus on their honeymoon for now. Anupama leaves, getting shy.

Anuj feels a little worried. Later, Anuj comes downstairs with the packed luggage. He notices Anupama upset and worried. Anuj asks Anupma to tell him if she is wishing to meet Bapuji as he will cancel their Mumbai trip. Anupama apologizes to Anuj. She tells Anuj that she wants to go Mumbai with him and be with Bapuji too. Anupama asks why always a woman has to get divided. She asks why can’t a woman get everything together. Anuj tells Anupama that she has both this time but just both are not available at the same place. He tells Anupama that they can postpone their honeymoon trip and meet Bapuji this time.

Anuj explains to Anupama that he doesn’t want to take an incomplete Anupama with him, whose half heart will be in Jamnagar. Anupama recalls her mother’s advice to never burden Anuj with her relations. She starts apologizing to Anuj, continuously. Anuj asks Anupama why she is apologizing. Anupama tells Anuj that she doesn’t want to get divided between her maternal and in-laws’ home, like every woman. She says she wants to be complete in every relationship. Anuj smiles. On the other hand, Vanraj returns home with Bapuji. Vanraj tells everyone that the doctor told them that they can get Bapuji’s surgery done by returning to Ahmedabad too and there is no need to take tension or hurry.

Baa thanks God. Bapuji asks Samar to text Anupama that his surgery isn’t scheduled for now. He says Anupama will cancel her Mumbai trip in his tension. Samar texts Anupama. On the other hand, Anuj asks Anupama to relax as they can have their honeymoon later on. Anupama receives Samar’s text and informs Anuj that the doctor told that Bapuji’s surgery can be performed a little late after returning to Ahmedabad. Anuj laughs when Anupama reads, Bapuji warning her to not cancel the Mumbai trip because of him. He asks Anupama if she is happy as God solved their problem.

Anupama tells Anuj that now she wants to give her whole time, love and attention to him only. She tells Anuj that she wants to pay off his 27 years patience debt in large installments all her life. Anuj hugs Anupama and tells her that it’s a good idea. He teases Anupama and kisses her cheek. Anuj tells Anupama that he would have kissed her somewhere else, if they would have been in the bedroom. Anupama gets very shy. GK interrupts Anuj and Anupama’s romance. He blesses Anuj-Anupama and sends them to their honeymoon. The Shah family relaxes knowing that Anuj and Anupama are finally going for their honeymoon.

Baa and Pakhi wish for Anuj-Anupama’s safety as well as a good trip. Vanraj recalls his, Anuj, Anupama and Kavya’s last Mumbai trip. Kinjal brings beverages for everyone according to their everyday choices. Vanraj scolds his children for making Kinjal work. Kinjal tells Vanraj that she did all this on her own will as she was getting bored. Vanraj asks Kinjal to have a walk in the garden instead of working in the kitchen. Kinjal tells Vanraj that it’s important to be active in pregnancy. Vanraj asks Kinjal to do Yoga and go for a walk. He orders Kinjal to not work in the Kitchen. Kinjal agrees with Vanraj.

Vanraj tells Kinjal that a family isn’t worth being called a family, if they can’t treat their daughter-in-law as their daughter. He also tells Kinjal that Dolly came to Shah house to be in comfort during her pregnancy as daughter-in-law’s are made to work at their in-laws house. Vanraj further tells Kinjal that he will make her comfortable like her maternal home at her in-laws house only. He also tells Kinjal that she will be the same for him like Pakhi. Kinjal promises to Vanraj that she will respect his wish and won’t work in the kitchen. As everyone starts having their own beverages, Kavya comes outside talking to Anirudh on call.

Everyone hears Anirudh honking outside. Kavya informs Baa that she will get late tonight and return by having dinner. Baa breaks the tea cup in anger as Kavya leaves. Vanraj leaves towards room tense. On the other hand, Anuj and Anupama reach Mumbai. They first visit the beach as it’s Anupama’s favorite place. Both Anuj and Anupama recall their last visit to the beach and enjoy their time. A beautiful poem is heard in the background. Two boys make fun of Anuj and Anupama. Another woman finds Anuj and Anupama’s togetherness cute. She asks her husband to learn something from Anuj and Anupama.

Anupama asks Anuj if he didn’t wish to tell her about his feelings when they last visited Mumbai. Anuj tells Anupama that he didn’t wish as she wasn’t ready for it. He reveals to Anupama that she came into his dreams once and he got angry with himself. Anuj says at that time, he thought that it wasn’t his right to get her even in his dreams. Anupama tells Anuj that now both reality and dreams belong to him. She says it’s fine to live in reality, not dreaming. Anuj agrees with Anupama. On the other hand, Vanraj recalls ill-treating Anupama. He also recalls Kavya’s last words to him. Samar notices Vanraj’s emotions, disappointment and pain.

Kinjal asks Samar if he is feeling bad for Vanraj. Samar says he should not feel bad for Vanraj but still he is feeling. Kinjal asks why. Samar replies that he shouldn’t feel bad for Vanraj as he ill-treated his mother badly in the past. Kinjal explains to Samar that his anger with Vanraj for his mistakes in the past was his natural reaction. She also explains to Samar that it’s also his natural reaction that today he is feeling bad for Vanraj, seeing him getting punished for his past misdeeds by life. Samar says Vanraj completely deserves whatever is happening with him. Kinjal explains to Samar that he will get tired of being angry with Vanraj. She says even Vanraj is trying to suppress his anger and wished luck to Anupama for her upcoming wedded life with Anuj and Anupama accepted it.

Kinjal tells Samar that it’s time that they should help Vanraj to change his old self and become a good person. Samar tells Kinjal that it’s very difficult for him to forgive Vanraj as years long mistakes can’t be washed away with one tear. He leaves saying it’s not that easy. Anuj and Anupama on the other hand enjoy their time at the beach by dancing on an old song, “Hamein Tumse Hua Hai Pyar”. They scream their names at the beach in happiness. On the other hand, Vanraj seems teary eyed and very tense.

In the next episode, Anupama will be seen shopping with her sister-in-law Barkha. Barkha will feel irritated with Anupama’s middle class behavior. Anupama will also feel shocked to enter a new and expensive lifestyle. Bharkha will ask Anupama to change her middle class attitude and not lower Kapadia’s standard this way. Anupama will refuse to do so telling Barkha that these middle class habits only keep their standard first class. Barkha will feel embarrassed.
