Yeh Rishta Abhi birth secret 2nd June 2022 Written Update Anand tells Harsh that Mahima wants the IVF ward/ department to be named after her mother’s name. Shocked Harsh asks what. Anand says Mahima is right as her mother gave the land to Birlas for the Birla hospital. Harsh asks Anand why he is bringing old things again. He says that it is actually Birla Hospital which is giving them profits and not Mahima and Manjari’s parents’ land. Anand notices Mahima’s disappointment and anger. Abhimanyu comes and asks Harsh why he called him.
Harsh aske Abhimanyu if remembers what tomorrow is. Abhimanyu says he remembers. He tells Harsh that Birla Hospital is more important to him than it is to him. Abhimanyu tells Harsh that he counts money by sitting at Birla hospital, but he counts people’s heartbeats. Harsh tells Abhimanyu that he has become filmy and has started throwing filmy dialogues just like Goenkas, since he got married to Akshara. He comes to the point and tells Abhimanyu that they need to go to hospital to check on tomorrow’s preparations. Abhimanyu tells Harsh that they can go tomorrow afternoon as the function is not held in the early morning.
Anand tells Abhimanyu that they need to tonight as they can get any issue fixed tomorrow early morning. Abhimanyu in a low voice, asks if he will have to get havan done to spend a night properly with his wife. Harsh leaves telling him that they are waiting for him outside. From downstairs only, Abhimanyu apologizes and signs Akshara that he has to leave for some work at the hospital. Akshara signs Abhimanyu telling him that it’s fine and sends him. Next morning, Abhimanyu is seen performing Shiv Puja. He tells Lord Shiv that whatever he is today is just because of his mother’s prayers and him. Abhimanyu also tells Lord Shiv that after his temple, the place he worships is Birla hospital.
Ge further tells Lord that it’s a very big day for Birla hospital today. He says he just wants that more and more people can get help from them at Birla hospital. Abhimanyu prays to God that today’s day goes happily for Birla hospital, its staff, Manjiri and Akshara. He asks God why he is feeling restless since morning, like something big is going to happen today. Abhimanyu wonders if it is the enthusiasm of Founder’s Day, or is his subconscious trying to tell him something. He requests God to take care of his adorer. Later, at the dining table, Harsh tells Anand that the hospital called and told that all arrangements of the function at the hospital have been made.
He says this time’s media arrangement is best. Harsh also says that this time’s media coverage will be the talk of the town. Parth asks Akshara if they are going to their hospital today. Akshara tells Parth that they can’t go to their hospital today as they have to go to Birla hospital for the founders day celebration today. She tells Parth that they will go to their hospital tomorrow. Anand and Mahima feel irritated hearing this. Mahima asks Shefali if her French journalist is coming. Shefali tells Mahima that she texted her french journalist and she might be coming. Mahima indirectly self praises using Shefali’s french journalist and tells everyone that Shefali’s french journalist wanted to take her interview at founder’s day.

Mahima asks Manjiri if she is coming to the Founder’s day celebration. Harsh asks what Manjiri will do at Founder’s Day celebration. This shocks Akshara. Abhimanyu asks if the person on whose land, the whole Birla hospital is standing, won’t she be invited to Birla Hospital’s Founder’s day celebration. This information stunns Akshara. Abhimanyu says Manjiri can get invited with the right of being his mother. Manjiri smiles upon hearing this. Abhimanyu says all doctors’ families are coming as it’s a celebration, not conference. Harsh says whoever wants to come, can come. He says he just wants the function to go smoothly, without any issues or disturbance.
Harsh says that this founder’s day is very important for him. He says he wants Birla hospital to be No.1 in media ratings and No.1 in profits. Anand asks Harsh to tell him who is in the guest list. Harsh asks Neil to read the doctor’s guest list, which he prepared from the hospital’s old database. Akshara gets shocked with Harsh’s behavior and tone towards Neil. Abhim snatches the guest list from Neil and starts reading the doctor’s name from it. Manjiri and Harsh gets shocked when Abhimanyu takes Dr. Avni Rathod’s name. Akshara notices Manjiri’s tense expressions. Harsh says they can cut Dr. Avni Rathod’s name from the guest list as she is dead.
Akshara keeps noticing Manjiri’s tense expressions with a confused and doubtful expression on her own face. Manjiri leaves to get Harsh’s sugar-free from the kitchen. In the kitchen, Manjiri wonders why the past is coming forward again and again, first adoption papers and now Avni Rathod’s name. She cries sitting on the floor of the kitchen, behind the stove counter. Akshara comes to the kitchen and searches for Manjiri. Manjiri comes forward and says she was searching for her fallen earring. Akshara requests Manjiri to share her feelings with her. Manjiri tells Akshara that she doesn’t want to go to Birlas founders day function. She says Harsh got very angry last time.
Akshara hugs Manjiri and tells her that nothing wrong will happen. She asks Manjiri to stop taking tension. Manjiri thinks that Akshara won’t be able to understand and even she can’t make Akshara understand, what bad thing could happen. Manjiri leaves to give Harsh his sugar-free. Askhara says she can’t even ask Manjiri much about her problems as Abhimanyu has asked her not to interfere in anyone’s matter. She wonders how to ignore Manjiri’s tension just like that. Akshara wonders why Manjiri is tense since the DNA test discussion came. At Goenka house, Aarohi leaves for the Birla hospital asking Goenkas to reach the founders day celebration on time. Aarohi thinks Birlas make her work so much but didn’t give her name, position, fame and credit. She also thinks that Birlas made a department for Akshara but never made her (Aarohi) a deputy head of any department till now. At Birla house, Harsh scolds Neil for spoiling his mood by writing a dead person’s name in the guest list. Neil apologizes to Harsh and tells him that he had no idea about Dr. Avni’s death. Harsh rudely asks Neil to work diligently and sends him off. As Harsh turns, he sees Manjiri behind him.

Akshara notices Harsh and Manjiri’s tension. She wonders why Manjiri and Harsh are looking tense since Abhimanyu read the doctor’s guest list. Akshara says she can’t ask Harsh and Manjiri about their tension as Abhimanyu can get angry with her interference. Manjiri sends Harsh to hospital by giving him his office bag. Abhimanyu comes there and back hugs Akshara. This makes Akshara shy and happy. Abhimanyu makes Akshara more happy by singing songs and tickling her. Akshara goes somewhere. Neil comes and Abhimanyu stops singing seeing upset Neil. Abhimanyu asks Neil what happened. Neil tells Abhimanyu that he is just tense about hospital function’s preparations.
Abhimanyu and Neil decide to have a talk after the function. Goenkas discusses how important and big today’s founders day is for Abhimanyu and Birlas. Manish asks Kairav to forget old things and behave properly with Abhimanyu and Birlas at today’s function. Kairav smiles and says fine. Later, Akshara reaches Birla hospital and wards off the evil eye, seeing everyone happy. She meets Neil and tells him that she is very happy seeing him busy and managing hospital work. Akshara asks Neil to work diligently and make such a place for himself in management that one day no decision could be made without him. Neil tells Akshara that he is putting efforts in the same thing.
He leaves saying that he has a lot of work to do. Akshara searches for Abhimanyu. A board falls in front of Akshara, which reads that there is an emergency zone in forward direction. Akshara gets confused and keeps the board aside. She overhears, Dr. Rohan asks a nurse that Manjiri called and asked, if DNA reports of the Birla family got ready or not. Nurse tells Dr. Rohan that Manjiri didn’t even call for Harsh in hospital till today. She tells Rohan that Mahima would have asked him about the reports. Rohan says this is why he also got stunned. Akshara feels confused and stops herself from calling Manjiri, recalling Abhimanyu’s words. She sees the Genetic Health and Research Center on one side and the surgeon cabin on another.
Akshara grows more confused. After thinking a lot about Manjiri’s tension, Akshara walks to the Genetic Health and Research Center. After entering the lab, Akshara asks for Birla Family’s DNA reports from the staff. Staff leaves to attend a call keeping Birlas DNA reports file in front of Akshara. Akshara recalls Manjiri’s tension. She imagines Abhimanyu around her asking her to not break his promise. To not hurt Abhimanyu more, Akshara leaves without seeing Birla Family’s DNA reports. Aarohi comes and takes the file with her. Lab assistant returns and thinks Akshara took Birlas DNA reports file.
In the next episode, Aarohi will tell Akshara that Harsh has an illegitimate child of his own. She will tell Akshara that a sample from Birla family says that this child’s DNA matches Harsh’s DNA by 98% but does not match even a little with Manjiri’s DNA. On Akshara’s questioning, Aarohi will tell Akshara that this illegitimate child could either be Abhimanyu or Neil. This will shock Akshara. Later, Askshara will tell Manjiri that she learnt the DNA test secret, which she was hiding. This will shock Manjiri. At the party, Akshara and Manjiri will get worried seeing Abhimanyu and Neil reading some papers with tensed faces.
