Yeh Rishta 13th June 2022 Written Update Abhi shocks Harsh Manjiri and Akshara reach outside the hospital. Inside the conference room, Harsh tells Anand that Manjiri can’t refuse him and will surely come. Anand asks Harsh what if Abhimanyu stops Manjiri. Harsh asks Anand to not worry as Manjiri won’t listen to even her son and daughter-in-law in front of her husband’s call. Akshara stops Manjiri and asks her what happened. She reminds that she didn’t even inform Abhimanyu, before coming to the hospital. Manjiri tells Akshara that Harsh needs her but Abhimanyu won’t let her help him.
Abhimanyu on the other hand understands that Harsh must have called Manjiri to hospital for his own selfish motives. He thinks Akshara went with Manjiri instead of stopping her. Akshara asks Manjiri why Harsh needs her help, when he doesn’t love her, respect her, have apologized and have any realization of his mistakes/sins. She also asks Manjiri why she came to help Harsh, forgetting his sins. Akshara tells Manjiri that husband and wife’s relationship is above needs. She asks Manjiri if Harsh ever thought that she (Manjiri) also has a position and identity above a giving and sacrificing wife.
Akshara tries making Manjiri realize that she also has an identity and self-respect. She reminds Manjiri that Harsh never called her to hospital ever. Akshara explains to Manjiri that Harsh called her to hospital today only because he needs her help. She asks Manjiri why she ran towards the hospital without telling anyone. Akshara explains to Manjiri that every relationship is two-sided but her and Harsh’s relationship has always been one-sided. She explains to Manjiri that her and Harsh’s relationship is not a love relationship but a relationship working on Harsh’s needs that she fulfills but never got anything in return.
Akshara asks Manjiri till when she will work on her marriage from both her and Harsh’s sides. Manjiri tells Akshara that she doesn’t need her help or suggestions. Akshara requests Manjiri to think about herself once. Manjiri tells Akshara that her happiness and respect is in Harsh’s happiness and respect. She says she is nothing without Harsh. Akshara requests Manjiri to not lower down her own identity/self-respect this much. Manjiri asks Akshara to stop. She tells Akshara that she has forgiven Harsh a long ago for his mistake. Manjiri reveals that she prayed a lot to get her husband back to her and at last got him back.
She says she has forgotten the past, taking it as a bad phase or time of her life. Manjiri says it’s a big thing that Harsh never went back to Avni and remained with her till now. Akshara explains to Manjiri that this is not called togetherness. Manjiri explains to Akshara that a person loses the things he/she already has in the wish/desire of getting everything. She says she learnt to remain happy in whatever she has. She requests Akshara to let her be happy with whatever she has. Manjiri requests Akshara to let her save Birla hospital, Harsh’s position, dreams, career and reputation, which is at stake at present.

Akshara explains to Manjiri that Harsh is at fault for everything. Manjiri tells Akshara that along with Harsh they are also responsible for whatever happened. This stunns Akshara. Manjiri tells Akshara that all this drama and problems wouldn’t have arrived, if Harsh’s bad secret would have remained a secret, within the house and family. Akshara asks Manjiri to think about Abhimanyu. Manjiri tells Akshara that Abhimanyu knows her and will understand her. She leaves asking Akshara to stop interfering in her matters. Harsh, Anand Mahima desperately waits for Manjiri.
Manjiri returns home restless. Abhimanyu and Akshara come behind her. Abhimanyu explains to Manjiri that whatever is happening with Harsh today is because of his own mistakes and sins. He asks Manjiri to not punish Harsh if she doesn’t want to but not come in between Harsh’s deeds and fate. Abhimanyu takes Manjiri inside Birla house. Manjiri leaves Akshara and Abhimanyu alone. Before Akshara could reveal to Abhimanyu that she tried her best to stop Manjiri, Neil comes there. Flashbacks of Abhimanyu and Neil’s little argument from a few hours ago is shown. Manjiri wonders what would have happened in the hospital.
She feels worried about Birla hospital and Harsh’s reputation. Manjiri cries thinking that Harsh will break down. Neil asks Akshara if everything is fine. He addresses Harsh as “Papa” and asks Askhara why Harsh didn’t return home till now. This stuns Abhimanyu. Abhimanyu thinks that he understands Neil’s emotions. He also thinks that Harsh doesn’t deserve to be addressed as a father. Abhimanyu leaves Akshara and Neil behind. Neil asks Akshara if he said something wrong. Akshara explains to Neil that he isn’t wrong as it’s his relationship with Harsh and his choice to keep it or not and name it or not.
Neil gives a smile to Akshara. Akshara asks Neil if he is fine. In reply, Neil asks Akshara if Abhimanyu is fine. Akshara signs in yes. Neil asks Akshara what happened at Birla hospital. On the other hand, Abhimanyu’s eyes tear up seeing his mother crying profusely. Manjiri turns her face in the opposite direction and tries wiping her tears. Abhimanyu walks towards Manjiri. He tells Manjiri that since his childhood he has seen her hiding her problems, pain and husband’s ill-behavior from him. Abhimanyu tells Manjiri that she failed in hiding as he understood everything. He also tells Manjiri that whatever that was hidden also came out.
Abhimanyu reminds Manjiri that he used to hide in his blanket while Harsh used to scold her on small-small things. He tells Manjiri that she faced everything as she had no option like he had. Abhimanyu also tells Manjiri that he has seen that she applied every possible way to keep her marriage working, but Harsh never understood her efforts. He asks Manjiri why she never questioned or stopped Harsh’s misdeeds. Manjiri reveals to Abhimanyu that she tried a lot to stop Harsh. She also reveals that she requested Harsh a lot to at least think about him (Abhimanyu) but Harsh didn’t pay any heed.
Manjiri says after failing in trying to stop Harsh, she compromised her happiness and tried to keep herself and everyone else happy. She says she never complained to anyone. Manjiri cries profusely and tells Abhimanyu that she failed in keeping the whole family together and happy. Abhimanyu hugs Manjiri and feels angry. Downstairs, Akshara tries to cheer up Neil, making him recall their friendly relationship. She requests Neil to never change as he is best the way he is. Akshara tells Neil that he will always remain their family member and nothing will change, if they won’t change. Neil folds his hands and apologizes to Akshara for whatever ill words he said to her the other day at Goenka Mansion in anger.

Akshara immediately forgives Neil and tells him that she wants to see him always smiling. Neil leaves from there. Akshara feels worried about the house and family situation. Later, Manjiri gets hell-scared with Harsh’s voice. Harsh comes and asks Manjiri, why she did this. He asks Manjiri how dare she sit peacefully at home, when her husband’s position and job got snatched in the hospital. Harsh also Manjiri, if she got happy and satisfied, ousting him from his own hospital. He throws his termination letter on Manjiri. Harsh scolds Manjiri for not helping him. Manjiri starts explaining to Harsh that she came to the hospital.
On the other hand, Abhimanyu is seen talking seriously to someone on call. He angrily throws the phone on the bed after the conversation ends. Abhimanyu lies on bed in anger and tears flow down his eyes. Manjiri reveals to Harsh that she wanted to come inside the hospital. Harsh calls Manjiri a liar and tells her that she herself didn’t want to come and help him. He tells Manjiri that he made a mistake by keeping a relationship with her. Harsh tells Manjiri he made a mistake by doing favors on her and making so many sacrifices. He tells Manjiri that she has conspired against him since the beginning. Harsh also tells Manjiri that first she brought Neil to Birla house, brought him up and made him her devotee.
He further tells Manjiri that after Neil, she made Abhimanyu against him. Harsh tells Manjiri that she used Abhimanyu as a weapon against him. He also tells Manjiri that he should have left her/broken up with her in the past only. This shocks Manjiri. Manjiri requests Harsh to not say this. Harsh tells Manjiri that he was a fool, who showed sympathy to her. He tells Manjiri that he should have ended his and her meaningless marriage in the past only. Manjiri bends down on her knees in front of Harsh and keeps requesting him to say or do this.
Abhimanyu comes there and tells Harsh that he won’t and can’t end his marriage or relationship with his mother (Manjiri). He feels angry seeing Manjiri’s condition and makes her stand on her feet. He caresses Manjiri and tries to calm her cries. Abhimanyu makes Manjiri leave her mangalsutra. Abhimanyu tells Harsh that he would have left Manjiri a long ago, if he could. He asks Harsh to keep his threats to himself. Abhimanyu tells Harsh that not he, but his mother will end the marriage relationship with him. He tells Harsh that Manjiri will divorce him. This shocks everyone.
Abhimanyu tells Harsh that it’s a saintly/holy work to punish a selfish, liar, cheater person like him as he doesn’t care about relations and his wife. He announces that Manjiri will divorce Harsh. This shocks everyone. Abhimanyu says Manjiri’s goodness always stopped her from taking this step of divorcing and punishing Harsh for his misdeeds. He says won’t let this get repeated again. Abhimanyu starts taking Manjiri away with him. Manjiri hopes that someone will stop Abhimanyu. Abhimanyu feels angry seeing Manjiri holding Harsh’s wrist.
In the next episode, Abhimanyu will say that he is trying to get his mother her share of respect. He will also say that he will anyhow make his mother divorce his father. After this, Akshara will tear off Harsh and Manjiri’s wedding photograph in front of Abhimanyu’s eyes. Abhimanyu will look at Akshara in confusion and shock. Harsh will be seen thanking Akshara for supporting him. Akshara will address Harsh as “Sir”. She will tell Harsh that she didn’t support him at all and never will. Harsh will look at Akshara confused.
