Yeh Hai Chahatein 17th June 2022 Written Update Prisha’s new life Armaan and Prisha come downstairs as a couple in the party held at their house. They meet a lot of guests. Digvijay praises party preparations and decorations done by Prisha. Prisha thanks Digvijay. A new character named Kanchan is introduced as Digvijay’s wife. Armaan and Prisha ask Digvijay to let Kanchan also speak. Prisha asks Digvijay and Kanchan about their dear and lovable daughter, Pihu. Pihu comes and hugs Prisha calling her SIL (sister-in-law). Prisha tells Pihu that she is looking pretty. Digvijay takes Armaan with him to meet someone.

Prisha and Pihu discuss something about their secret. Pihu tells Prisha that she is feeling excited as well as nervous as tomorrow their secret will get revealed to everyone. Prisha asks Pihu to not worry as her wish will for sure get fulfilled. Armaan finds something fishy and questions Prisha and Pihu. Pihu and Prisha refuse to reveal their secret. Prisha attends her party guests. Two males guests excitedly discuss Rudraksh Khurana’s upcoming concert in Delhi. Prisha overhears this and grows angry. A maid comes to Prisha and asks her where to keep mocktail glasses. Prisha recalls some vague memories of Rudra slapping, beating her and forcing himself on her.

She turns angrily and slaps the maid. Prisha also throws the tray down in anger. This shocks and worries everyone. Maid gets scared of Prisha. Armaan runs to handle an angry Prisha. Prisha feels dizzy and thus Armaan takes her upstairs asking Digvijay to handle everything. Digvijay apologizes to everyone telling the guests that Prisha got unwell suddenly. Kanchan tells everyone that Prisha will get well soon and there is nothing to stress about. Digvijay asks everyone to enjoy the party. Pihu takes the scared maid away on Digvijay’s instructions. In the room, Armaan politely scolds Prisha for forgetting to take her medicines.

Prisha apologizes to Armaan for forgetting her medicines. Armaan gives medicines to Prisha and mixes something wrong in Prisha’s water glass. Armaan thinks that Prisha will never be able to know that the powder he mixes in Prisha’s water and food erases her memory. Prisha takes the medicine and water unaware of Armaan’s evil plans. Armaan asks Prisha if she got angry hearing Rudra’s name again from someone. Prisha tells Armaan that he is right. She says she hates Rudra for whatever he did to her. Prisha says Rudra will be yearning and getting restless just like her. Armaan smirks evilly seeing Prisha’s hatred towards Rudra.

On the other hand, Rudra is seen not getting much angry at others like he used to. He is seen in a bike racer’s clothes. Rudra sits on the bike with helmet on. A girl (Vanshika) in a bike racer’s clothes arrives and stands besides Rudra sitting on her own bike. Both of them race challengingly with each other. Rudra stops at the red light, while Vanshika crosses the red light showing thumbs down to Rudra. Rudra goes behind Vanshika only when the traffic light turns green. Both Vanshika and Rudra stop their bikes outside the Khurana Mansion. They take off their helmets.

Vanshika tells Rudra that he lost the bike race once again from her. Rudra tells Vanshika that he didn’t lose as she cheated by crossing the red light. Vanshika tells Rudra that when the race is about winning and losing, then nobody thinks about the red light. Rudra tells Vanshika that he follows traffic rules being a responsible citizen of his country as breaking them can cause mishaps. Vanshika calls Rudra a loser and asks him to stop making excuses. Rudra reminds Vanshika that he is her boss. Vanshika asks Rudra to accept his defeat as there is no professional relationship or friendship in the race.

Vanshika leaves telling Rudra that she will meet him tomorrow. Rudra finds Vanshika a little weird and enters Khurana Mansion. Ruhi asks Rudra if he once again lost the bike race from Vanshika. Rudra reveals to Ruhi how Vanshika cheated by crossing a red light. Ruhi asks Rudra to accept the fact that he can’t win against Vanshika in the bike race. On the other hand, Armaan intentionally talks to Digivijay about Rudra. Digvijay understands Armaan’s plan and joins him. Armaan blames Rudra for Prisha’s rage attacks [Intermittent explosive disorder (IED)]. He says Rudra ruined his and Prisha’s love life by taking his place as Prisha’s groom.

Armaan tells Digvijay that Rudra used to beat Prisha and get abusive with her. Prisha recalls her and Rudra’s forced marriage and screams in anger. Digvijay and Kanchan leave, asking Armaan to not make Prisha recall her bad past and rejoice their present togetherness. Armaan apologizes to Prisha for making her recall Rudra. He asks Prisha to forget everything and rest/sleep peacefully. Armaan smirks, seeing his plan getting successful. On the other hand, Rudra enters his room and drinks alcohol. He talks to Prisha’s photograph and tells her that he works a lot to try to forget her but fails to do so. Rudra expresses guilt for hurting Prisha and for not trusting her.

Flashback of Rudra and Prisha’s hospital’s bitter argument is shown. Flashback ends. Rudra wonders why Prisha didn’t give him even a chance to seek her forgiveness. He recalls that Prisha left a letter for him and left him alone. Rudra says it has been 1 year of his and Prisha’s separation. He says he tried a lot to find Prisha, hired private detectives and gave ads in newspapers. He wonders why he failed to find Prisha. Rudra says he drinks alcohol for his peace and to be fine in front of his and Prisha’s kids. Rudra keeps drinking alcohol and a sad song plays in the background. Rudra and Prisha’s happy moment’s flashbacks are also shown.

He falls asleep after drinking and talking to Prisha’s photograph. Ruhi comes there and feels bad seeing Rudra’s condition. In the next episode, Ruhi will be seen taking care of broken Rudra. She will request Prisha to return soon. On the other hand, Pihu will reveal to Thankurs that she finally got admission in Delhi’s best college. Armaan will oppose Prisha, when she will express her wish to go to Delhi with Pihu. This will upset Prisha. Saaransh on the other hand will miss Prisha a lot and wish for her quick return. Armaan will tell Digvijay that he won’t ever let Prisha return to her old life.
