Kundali Bhagya Accident twist 20th June 2022 Spoilers Kundali Bhagya episode spoiler – Arjun’s accident Nidhi asks Arjun to close the deal quickly and come back to her in London. Arjun promises that after the deal is closed he will come back to her. She says that she will see him soon. A tempo comes and hits Arjun and he goes flying in the air.
